The public prosecutor of Crimea Stepan Molitsky complains that in an autonomy the problem of discharging of autocratically grasped earths till now isn’t solved. He has declared it at press conference in Simferopol.
«Till now the problem of autocratic capture of the earths isn’t resolved by groups of persons of so-called actions of protests. Process of employment of these earths has stopped in 2008, nevertheless territories aren’t released till now. More than fifty such facts on the area approximately 1,3 thousand hectares in the Simferopol, Yalta, Sudak, Evpatoriya Bakhchsarai regions. On these facts of group employment of the earths law enforcement bodies raise 15 criminal cases, 9 from which are already directed to court», — Stepan Molitsky has declared.
At the same time the public prosecutor of Crimea has disagreed with the statement that the problem of self-captures concerns exclusively Crimean Tatars.
«I think, it is possible to say that the problem is created because the people which have been illegally moved from Crimea came back. Probably, it is necessary to contemplate a problem in this plane and about it to speak. When the state, enforcement authorities will be engaged in a granting solution of a problem to these persons of the earth as it is necessary under the legislation then we won’t speak any more about any nationality», — he considers.
