On May, 10th of this year in Simferopol the IV Conference of Milli Firka has passed. 48 delegates have taken part in its work from 12 regions of Crimea and Ukraine.

The head of Socialist party of Ukraine Evgenie Suprunjuk, head of Party for human rights Jury Kovalev, from Party of Regions Gennady Gorbachev, and also representatives of some the Crimean public organisations have addressed with a salutatory word and wishes of successful work to delegates of Conference: Ruslan Eminov (the Sanhedrim of the people «Namus»), Mustafa Maushev («Avdet»), the president of Fund of support and researches of the radical people Nadir Bekirov.

With the report on the done work from 5/10/2009 to the 5/10/2010 the first deputy of chairman of Kenesh (Council) Milli Firka Reshat Ablaev has acted. The head of the Yalta organisation Emir Medzhitov told about work in regions, chairman of Sevastopol organisation Server Tairov and the head of Sudak organisation Milli Firka Shevket Mustafaev have told . Work of a management of Milli Firka for the accounting period is recognized by delegates of Conference as satisfactory.

With the report on a political situation in Crimea and Ukraine has acted a vice-president of Kenesh Milli Firka Enver Kantemir-Umerov. In the performance the lecturer has noted about serious changes of priorities external and the internal policy of the new authorities of Ukraine and what changes should be expected in the near future in Crimea in the light of the relation of a management of the state and republic to national problems as a whole and to a Crimean Tatar question in particular.

Chairman of Kenesh Vasvi Abduraimov has stated Programm of Milli Firka «the Crimean Tatars. Strategy of 21 centuries» which transferms the decision of a Crimean Tatar question exclusively in a legal plane and is calculated on construction in Crimea high-grade statehood till 2040. For this purpose it is offered to reorganise in the fundamental image bodies of national self-management, and as its supreme body — National parliament — to consider Meeting of deputies of all levels selected on local elections under the program of construction in Crimea of statehood which will provide prosperity of peninsula and all its citizens independently of their nationality and creed.

The close attention in the program is given creation of economic basis of existence and development of the Crimean Tatar people, and also to problems and mechanisms of the permission of intracommunal disputes and conflicts. Strategy does not avoid also the questions exciting first of all young generation.

After discussion delegates of conference have made decision to take out the program on an extensive discussion of the Crimean public.

Then the primary goals of Milli Firka for the period from 5/10/2010 to the 5/10/2011 The request of Milli Firka to the compatriots have been confirmed, dated for Day of national mourning on May, 18th with an appeal to the people to rally round People party on purpose to realise fundamental national aspirations and the purposes.Standards of symbolics of Milli Firka are confirmed. The Working group on preparation and carrying out of the actions devoted to Bekir Osmanov’s 100 anniversary and the 70 anniversary of Jury Osmanov is created.
