Head of Sovmin of Crimea Vasily Dzharty — very courageous person if has decided to struggle with earth self-captures in Crimea. But he has no enough chances to solve a problem quickly. It in interview to the correspondent of news agency REGNUM was declared on January, 18th by the Ukrainian political scientist Victor Nebozhenko.
«I think, first of all, that Vasily Dzharty is a very courageous person if he has dared in Crimea here so to throw down a challenge of tradition of self-captures. But, I believe, he hasn’t enough chances. To destroy the Tatar ground interests in Crimea not so it is simple. They always very carefully approached to process, legally, historically. There procedure is generated and fulfilled twenty years prior to trifles. And he is the first prime minister in Crimea who undertook this problem. Here serious work at all levels, the strategy, corresponding decisions of the courts is necessary. A problem not to solve within the limits of one active campaign», — the expert considers.
Despite unexpectedness of an encroachment on ground interests of Tatars, Victor Nebozhenko considers that serious reaction to Vasily Dzharty’s statement won’t follow. «There will be no serious reaction. And what can it be in such situation? Tatars in Crimea expected for a long time already something similar, any attempts to understand with self-captures. There will be statements that prevent to development of the Crimean Tatar democracies, still something something like that. But except statements — anything. Because all arguments there emotional, instead of legal. Emotions, historical digressions and calculation on creation of successful precedent. They have a favourable situation so Dzharty hasn’t enough chances to break a situation», — he has underlined.
Let’s remind, the head of Ministerial council of Crimea Vasily Dzharty asks the Crimean Tatars to release autocratically grasped earth. About it it is told in the opened letter of Dzharty to the leader of Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people, to the deputy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev published on January, 18th.
