The first deputy of the head of Medzhlis Refat Chubarov has commented on the post card of the chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Dzharty to the head of Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev.

«In Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people for the present haven’t received the official text of the letter directed by the Chairman of the council of ministers of Crimea Vasily Dzharty to the Chairman of Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev, and fax has arrived only two hours ago.

Certainly, Mustafa Dzhemilev who now is in Turkey with official visit as a part of parliamentary delegation of Ukraine led by the chairman of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Litvinym, after returning to Crimea will necessarily state the position concerning those questions that are mentioned in Vasily Dzharty’s letter.

At the same time, if to address to the official documents of Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar people and Medzhlis concerning the earth, including accepted in last years and finished to a permission of the authorities, our position just and consists that the unique and effective tool in the decision of a ground problem in Crimea, is unconditional maintenance with the power of legitimate rights of citizens of Ukraine on investment with the ground areas according to laws of Ukraine.

However, the selective approach of the power in questions of investment of citizens the ground areas, carried out in Crimea in all previous years and in many respects remaining and is today absolutely unacceptable.

If to name a situation with the earth «orgy of lawlessness» it is necessary to specify, first of all, the reasons inducing people of different nationalities autocratically to occupy the earth for arrangement of the families.

On our belief, these reasons are obvious and known to everyone — arbitrariness of officials and total corruption in the authorities disposing of the earth.

I will be limited to reduction only one example — situations with allocation of the ground area for building of Dzhuma Dzhami (the Cathedral mosque) in Simferopol.

As well as in many other cases with the earth, lawlessness is here again admitted exclusively by the power. Decision of the Simferopol city council earlier made in the established law on ground area allocation on street Yalta, 22 for building of Dzhuma Dzhami (the Cathedral mosque) with arrival of new structure of deputies of this council has been illegally cancelled.

Illegality of the decision of the Simferopol council according to which to Spiritual steering of Moslems of Crimea it has been refused building of the Cathedral mosque on earlier allocated earth by the power, is confirmed by numerous judgements of courts of all instances existing in Ukraine, however both the Head of Simferopol, and the Simferopol city council openly and cynically ignore the come into force decisions of the courts of Ukraine.

Thus officials in the power, simultaneously with insubordination to decisions of the courts, that is committing an obvious crime, so openly ignore commissions of the President of Ukraine, fixed in corresponding Decrees.

Coming back to a question of autocratic employment of the earths citizens of Ukraine of different nationalities, we focus again attention of the power and the public of Crimea on necessity of the open and fair dialogue on all problem situations.

For this purpose we suggest to consider again behind workmounts and in power offices together with representatives of the public and officials of local councils, with the assistance of mass-media, a situation on each file of initiative arrangement, and the made decisions immediately to do by property of the public.

Thus I will add that the last two-three years every possible and different level the working commissions — beginning from the Cabinet of Ukraine and finishing village councils, the specific proposals, which realization just for a long time are turned already out and will allow us to resolve adequately a current situation in ground sphere ».
