They thirst social recognition for the sake of which are ready to put forward the most fantastic theories and to defend them with such heat that many accept them for, say, new geopolitical concepts. He even manage, apparently, impossible — to be moved behind themtselves «on sky storm» considerable levels of population.
The role of psychopaths in a society life is rather considerable. They — the fanatical, afflicted natures, betrayed to idea. Among psychopathic persons — such scale historical figures, as Jeann d’Arc, Ivan IV, Peter I, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin… In general, that fact that such leaders come to power, speaks not so much about their abnormality, how much about a mental illness of a society.

Weigh his authority keeps on the Ukrainian imperious structure given to him, the power over the Crimean Tatars. The main thing on a payoff personnel selection is given to him, he is allowed to dispose of allocated financial assets.
Mustafa, without having the vocational training, never working at a factory, appoints to posts of the people betrayed to him who often are not corresponding not only morally, but also professionally received post. Apointees from among the Crimean Tatars, thus, lower authority of the people among professionals of Crimea and Ukraine.
Till now Mustafa suited a management of Ukraine, creating a constant intense conflict situation in Crimea. Divide and dominate — all preceding politicians of Ukraine were guided by this ancient principle.
If again come management of Ukraine, wishes stability in Crimea should refuse services of Mustafa Dzhemilev and lean on Crimean Tatar public organisations. Today in them people conceiving and possessing advantage were grouped not appropriate, a confrontation and enmity course on the peninsula.
From that against whom new political force on peninsula will lean, it will be possible to judge its relation to Russia and vision of prospects of the international development of Ukraine.
In days of old the relation to the Crimean Tatars defined, how a litmus piece of paper, the national policy of a management of Soviet Union, and in a modern situation, defines internal and foreign policy of the Ukrainian state.
Public organisations of the Crimean Tatars are ready to dialogue and cooperation in creation business in Crimea of a climate of mutual understanding, tolerance and good neighbourhood.
