On January, 20th, 2011 in Ministerial council ARC the meeting of the President of the World congress of the Crimean Tatars, the first deputy of the Chairman of Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov with the Chairman of the council of ministers of Autonomous republic Crimea Vasiliy Dzharty has taken place.
During conversation Vasily Dzharty and Refat Chubarov have discussed a number of the collected problems in sphere of arrangement of the Crimean Tatars who have come back to the Native land, have stated each other approaches and the offers, which realization, according to interlocutors, will allow to finish during the current year building the begun social objects, including a high school building in a file Fountains, the first stage 180 condominiums in Simferopol, and also, step by step, to solve a problem with investment of citizens with the ground areas for building of individual habitation, have informed news agency «Political archives» in Medzhlis press-service.
The chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Dzharty, having specified in the smallest volume of the means provided by the State budget of Ukraine and the Republican budget of Crimea for arrangement of repatriates during the current year, has stated the offer on necessity of a substantiation before the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of allocation of some part from the subvention planned for Crimea in 900,0 million UAH on the purpose of arrangement of repatriates.
Refat Chubarov having supported this offer of the Chairman of the council of ministers of Crimea, has noticed that would be logical and defensible to ask about allocation from a subvention, provided to Crimea, on arrangement of the deported citizens not less than 60,0 million UAH that taking into account already provided by the State budget of Ukraine of 23,0 million UAH will correspond to volume of means (87,0 million UAH) that were asked by Ministerial council ARC at the Cabinet of Ukraine to the statement of the State budget of Ukraine for 2011.
