After Victor Yanukovych’s victory on presidential election in Ukraine, creations of a new parliamentary coalition and Nikolay Azarov’s elections as the prime minister interest of Russian business to Crimea increases again in the Supreme Rada with new force.
If Victor Yanukovych at meetings with Dmitry Medvedev manages to advance the idea on building of transport transition (bridge) from Kerch to port «caucasus» in Krasnodar territory interest of businessmen from Russia to Crimea still will increase — up to that Russian business can become the full owner on peninsula.
In acknowledgement to these forecasts, «New Region», referring to the anonymous source close to Ministerial council of Autonomous republic Crimea, informs that the Russian bank of Joint-Stock Company «Transkapitalbank» has bought sanatorium in Gurzuf, located on the ground area a total area nearby 5 and a half hectares.

The structure of a complete property complex of sanatorium includes sleeping cases, cottages, a dining room and other objects of the real estate.
