The militia of Crimea has found the stolen plates from an irrigation canal in Pervomaisk area on one of objects of Repcommittee on affairs of nationalities. On suspicion in commission of crime the head of the enterprise-contractor is detained.

As have informed in Department of public relations of the Crimean central board of militia, in March of last year criminal case upon plunder of 246 concrete plates of an irrigation canal in Pervomaisk area has been brought. One of shepherds saw in the field any technics, but didn’t pay much attention, having decided that it is the proprietor leads repair work.

Without watering there were 892 hectares of fields, between inhabitants of three villages. Now tenants demand to reduce the price, and the regional administration doesn’t know where to take means for restoration of the port of 12 km. A damage from power plunder have estimated in 1 million UAH.

«However it has appeared that the stolen plates haven’t thawed in air», — noticed in militia.

At tracing of the budgetary funds allocated for capital objects, in sight of law inforcements the object has got «Water supply has v. Orehovka the Kirov area of an autonomy». The customer is Steering of capital construction of Repcomnats. Building is conducted for state budget means according to the program of returning and arrangement of the deported citizens, and as the general contractor one of the building enterprises of Simferopol acts.

On this object concrete plates in number of 70 pieces were found out stolen in Pervomaisk area.

«These plates have been found out in a water tower protection, — the lieutenant colonel of militia Oleg Karanda has told. — During the investigation on suspicion in commission of crime the head of the enterprise-contractor is detained, one more person is arrested».

Now the investigation of the case proceeds. Militia intends to establish, how in December, 2009 for reception of budgetary funds in body of the State exchequer documents on payment for the concrete plates established on object whereas plates have been stolen from an irrigation canal have been shown and established much later.

«Where looked obliged to carry out technical supervision and taking-over of works on object officials?» — Karanda has taken an interest.

Under the information militia, concerning the director of the enterprise — the general contractor, criminal case for deliberate damage or property destruction is brought. Article sanction — punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 3 till 15 years.
