Polls have shown that two thirds of Russian Muscovites perceive people of all other nationalities as «strangers» even if these «strangers» live in Moscow on an extent not one generation. Any difference thus between Chechens, Armenians, Azerbaijanians, Georgians, Tadjiks doesn’t become. Them perceive absolutely equally. If the Daghestani commits this or that crime, the sin automatically falls on all «Caucasians». The principle of collective fault and collective responsibility operates smoothly. As, say, operated at Stalin when «for cooperation with German invaders» banished all Chechens, all Crimean Tatars, all Kalmyks and other «traitors». The National identity became crime structure. This system of the identification «-another’s» has appeared very hardy — nobody has offered alternatives. The authorities understand that it is dangerous, but… Hatred and contempt for strangers sit in the heart of consciousness and at those to whom it is necessary to know and correct. Knowingly the Russian mass-media wrote that skinheads, fans, nationalists operate hardly probable not under private home nursing of agents of national security, use their training bases, etc. Possibly, «attack planes» cultivated just in case, about suppression of social revolts, but now the genie obviously escapes from a bottle. And to tire out it back hardly it is possible, as there are also objective factors. The number of Russian clearly and quickly decreases. The nation tries to avoid that happens sooner or later with all great nations. The same was created several decades ago in England (a word «skinhead» — an English origin) and in France. Alas, historical regularity not to overcome…

We are, of course, terrified, we worry for native and the friends who as the fates decree have located in Russia. Today it is necessary them is very unsweetened. But we will look at a situation under other corner. As though we reacted, if in Yerevan at every turn sounded not clear, and from it seeming hostile speech if in the face of our children scattered on streets the mutton guts if employers preferred to local sloggers of «cheaper» guest workers? And if these visitors also behave without due respect if let know, what for some reason put itself above «masters of the house»? Here that and it… Actually all problem — in level of culture and in education. It is a lot of years having lived in Moscow, the author of these lines practically has never faced oppression or an insult to a national sign. Because around there were intelligent, cultural, formed people — what disdain nationalism, perceive it as shameful illness. Unfortunately, such becomes ever less, and any skinheads — more and more. And not only in Russia. In it and all trouble.
