Following the results of work of exit session of Presidium of the Organization of the unaccorded people and the nations (ОUPN) the joint statement of Medzhlis and Presidium of OUPN has been developed. The statement has been signed on October, 10th by president ОUPN Mithie Ledum and the first deputy of the chairman of Medjilis Refat Chubarov.

In the statement it is said that Medjilis and the Organization of the unaccorded people and the nation express resolute support to efforts of Council about United Nations Organization human rights to recognise certificates of mass deportation as crimes against humanity and urges the international public to recognise the deportation made by the USSR of Crimean Tatar people on May, 18th, 1944 and decades of violent deduction of the Crimean Tatars in places the exiles which have led to death more of 46,2 % of the Crimean Tatars, a crime against humanity, directed against Crimean Tatar people.

Also, in the statement it is noticed that the signed parties welcome and support a peace and nonviolent way of struggle of Crimean Tatar people, as radical people of Crimea, for a complete recovery of the rights, including its inalienable law to restoration of a national-territorial autonomy of Crimea as a part of independent Ukraine.

ОUPN together with Medzhlis starts working out and realisation of programs of joint actions on wide involving of the international community, in particular member states the European Union, for support of process of restoration of the rights of Crimean Tatar people.

The parties urge the Ukrainian state to continue immediately a complete recovery of the rights of Crimean Tatar people according to the conventional principles of international law.
