On December, 12th in Ankara the active worker of national movement of Crimean Tatar diasporas Fevzi Rahman Jurter has died.
Fevzi Rahman Jurter was born on May, 1st, 1927 in village Ah-serez Sudaksky area. Initial and incomplete secondary education has received in Crimea. During the Second World War he is sent to Germany. After war Jurter continued to wander on camps of refugees. In 1948 Fevzi Jurter together with other Crimean Tatars has moved to Turkey. In 1950 has married Safie Temelli, has brought up two sons and the daughter.
After secondary education reception in Turkey and having passed examination on German language at faculty of philology, history and geography of Ankara university, F.Jurter has arrived on service in the Ministry of an agro-industrial complex of Turkey. In 1975, having passed examinations in the Ministry of Labour of Turkish Republic, has been recalled in Frankfurt (Germany) by the assistant to the attache on work. Long time has worked in Germany then has returned to Turkey and worked in the Ministry of an agro-industrial complex. Having worked the civil servant of 27 years, has retired.
Fevzi Rahman Jurter was the chairman of the Society of culture and mutual aid of the Crimean Tatars in Ankara in 1964-68 and in 1974-76. In 1980-1990 worked as the adviser for social problems of Justice department of the city of Hamburg. For an operating time in this post promoted the Turkish workers working in Germany in a question of protection of their social rights.
In 1990 has retired, in 2006 has returned to Turkey. Has located in Ankara and lived there while his heart has not ceased to fight.
These days the Crimean Tatar public mourns for death of the true son and patriot Fevzi Rahman Jurter.
