28th January 2012, a number of Crimean Tatar NGOs united in Crimean Tatar People’s Front (CTPF).

From first days of existence of the People’s Front the pro-Dzhemilev Mass Media developed a mass misinformation campaign against it.

In materials were published by these Mass Media, including numerous interviews on TV channels ATR and Crimean Tatar editing State Tele-radio Company «Crimea», Dzhemilev’s persons constantly try to attract attention of community not on objective factors, reasons of creation and true goals of CTPF, but on other problems not connected with real tasks of Popular Front and situation on peninsula.

We will analyze basic thesis of Dzhemilev’s persons with appeal not to personal conclusion of «brigade» saving own skin, but to the official documents. Presence and content of these documents is the criteria of objectivity of estimation of present situation.

The People’s revolt against Dzhemilev’s regime

According to materials of pro-Dzhemilev press, 21st November 2011 in Simferopol took place a meeting. «…as initiators of national assembly appeared voluntary associations «New generation — Crimea», «Sebat» and «Milli Firka»», which «wanted in this way openly to announce impeachment to the chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev and his closest companion and deputy Refat Chubarov».

And, further to on text «Named present composition of Kurultay, gathering of the People’s Crimean Tatar elects, and its executive body, Mejlis, being not able to solve fundamental problems of the people — the instigators of the meeting demanded their re-election».

What happened in reality?

In reality, the impeachment to Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov was declared by not abovementioned organizations, but the veterans of the National Movement of Crimean Tatars. The impeachment was declared at meeting of the veterans of the National Movement on November 14, 2011.

21st November 2011 at meeting appeared against Mejlis not 3 organizations, but the people gathered to express support to veterans of NMCT, and declared impeachment to Dzhemilev and Chubarov.

Here text of the first point of resolution of meeting:

«1. Crimean Tatar people support the announcement by veterans of NMCT the impeachment to the leadership of Mejlis…»

The document on announcement of impeachment was signed by 28 veterans of the National Movement. Each of them began their struggle for rights of the people long before appearance of Mustafa Dzhemilev in this area.

These persons are witnesses of political career of Dzhemilev. So, they as nobody else have full and trustworthy information about true role of M. Dzhemilev as in National movement in period of USSR, as in its artificial disintegration on territory of Crimea after return.

Besides, the veterans of NMCT have the steadfast authority as national heroes. Their names are well known for all Crimean Tatars. Open accusations from mouth of veterans aimed at Mustafa Dzhemilev were synonymously perceived by the Crimean Tatar people as truth in last instance — that also synonymously showed the end of political career of Dzhemilev.

Namely, so all efforts of leaders of Mejlis and their apologists direct maximally to hide the leading role of veterans of NMCT in national revolt of Crimean Tatars against Dzhemilev’s regime from Ukrainian socium and the world community.

Red rag for people

What ways Dzhemilev’s persons use to hide the veterans of National movement from people?

Firstly, no one of pro-Dzhemilev’s tele-programs or public statements generally mention veterans of NMCT. The impeachment that was announced by Milli Firka, New Generation, Ruslan Belbek… In general, anybody — only not the veterans of National Movement.

Why does one make it — it is understandable.

The authority of veterans of NMCT is stable — and any efforts to blacken them meet by the most active resistance of the people. And one can fling mud at others to one’s heart’s content. That we observe.

Secondly, for masking of the leading role of veterans of NMCT the defenders of Dzhemilev and chairman himself use «religious frights» — vakhabits, khizb-ut takhrir declared war against Mejlis and so on. How much does it correspond to the facts?

Today there is no any document was signed by above-mentioned religious organizations, which would express support or blame to the impeachment to Dzhemilev was declared by veterans of NMCT.

At the same time, in support of the impeachment to Dzhemilev and Chubarov appeared a number of NGOs of Crimea, whose signatures were put to the Memorandum on creation of the Crimean Tatar Popular Front and official documents, which were sent to high bodies of legislative and executive power of Ukraine, including international organizations. Among these organizations there are Muslim communities — but all of these communities were legalized in accordance with established legal procedure and act in accordance with legislation of Ukraine.

Neither inspectorate, nor law-enforcement agencies have any claims to these organizations.

In this connection, all claims on any participation of extremist religious structures in declaration of the impeachment to Dzhemilev — is next bluff of the leadership of Mejlis aiming to intimidate less-informed people by next mythic threat of the «bearded extremists».

Thirdly, absolutely all pro-Dzhemilev’s materials clearly and strictly keep a main misinformation line — the notion «personal impeachment to Dzhemilev and Chubarov» is substituted by false conclusion «declared war against Mejlis and Kurultay».

The reasons of such lie also are fully understandable.

Dzhemilev and Chubarov try to hide own personal betrayal and impeachment by authority of the representative body was established by people and re-direct the people’s revolt from own persons on mythic «fighters against Mejlis-Kurultay».

In reality — nobody fights against Kurultay and Mejlis.

In all documents clearly were named concrete names and surnames of two persons, which were deprived a right by veterans of NMCT to represent interests of the Crimean Tatar people — Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov.

As the main argument against them is the fact that namely Dzhemilev and Chubarov didn’t carry out the important decisions of Kurultay concerning restoration of rights of the Crimean Tatar people, its return and resettlement, development of national economy, legitimization of Mejlis and so on.

Impartial statistics shows:

from 84 decisions of Kurultay were charged Dzhemilev and Chubarov for execution as leaders of Mejlis — were not executed 56 decisions;

from 18 decisions of Kurultay concerning restoration of rights and rehabilitation of Crimean Tatars, for 20 years were not executed 18 ones — that is 100%!

resolutions of three Kurultays concerning legalization of Mejlis — were ignored, and the representative body of Crimean Tatars already 20 years is as illegal organization.

Everything is in order. Any politician in the world didn’t discharge his obligations before people — expelled with shame. Dzhemilev and Chubarov also didn’t become as exception.

But they don’t want go from familiar spot. So, they have to give an evasive answer, lie, substitute notions, and attract lured «experts» for advancement of false ideas…

The aim is — «to keep one’s place» at any price.

Scarecrow for Ukraine

As far as a marked aim — preservation of own position — in many respects depends on perception of happened events by the government of Ukraine. «Dzhemilev’s agitation brigade» devised «personal scarecrow» for Kyiv — they say that without Dzhemilev will take place a tearing away Crimea in favour of Russia.

For greater sound on this «scarecrow» were suspended various messages, which continually are duplicated in all pro-Dzhemilev «political experts» and Mass Media:

• Russian secret service intensified in Crimea
• Agents of FSB (Federal Security Service of Russia) look after Mustafa Dzhemilev
• All opposition against Dzhemilev is kept with resources of Russian Special Service.
• And so on…

No one of these messages was confirmed by concrete document, surname or name of organization.

It is not surprisingly.

Firstly, there are no such facts.

Secondly, any concrete accusation is threatened with court to Dzhemilev and Chubarov. They have no any chances to win.

Namely, so, all hysteria about «Russian secret service» and «coming tearing away Crimea» doesn’t go more than heart-rending shout «Around enemies!»

Fictitious nature of these assertions is obvious and with another reason.

If we follow a logic of Dzhemilev’s persons that as main «residents» of Russian Special Service in Crimea are to be the veterans of National movement of Crimean Tatars, who headed a fight of the Crimean Tatar people against Dzhemilev and Chubarov.

Let’s agree — this is the absurdity. But, namely, this conclusion follows from Dzhemilev’s accusations to opposition in connection with Russian Special Service.

People got up after veterans of NMCT — it is impossible to dispute this fact. Consequently, accusing the opponents in work on Russian Secret Service, Dzhemilev hurls accusations, in the first place, to the veterans of National movement of Crimean Tatars.

At last, the answer of SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) finished this spy-Dzhemilev farce. In Central department of SBU applied organizations, which were accused by Dzhemilev, with request to appreciate the authenticity of statements of the chairman of Mejlis, and in case of confirmation, to punish guilty persons on all strictness of law.

We give answer of the Security Service of Ukraine:

«Security Service of Ukraine studied in its competence your appeals № 32/3 from 20.12.2011 and № 32/2 from 20.12.2011 (which was received from head of service of Secretary of State Security Council and Defense of Ukraine) concerning statements of the People’s deputy of Ukraine M.Dzhemilev on realization subversive activities by special services of Russia in Crimea, including connection of oppositional Crimean Tatar people NGOs.

Under results we inform that in SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) there is no information on realization of destabilization of a situation in Crimea by special services of Russia, by way of separation of Crimean Tatars and including pro-Russian activists in leadership of Mejlis, including initiation of joining of Crimea to Russian Federation.

Scarecrow for Crimea

Besides, a scarecrow for Ukraine Dzhemilev and Company also devised a regional scarecrow — exceptionally for Crimea.

The Extraordinary National Assembly of the Crimean Tatar people with representation of one person from each Crimean Tatar family, which was declared by Crimean Tatar Popular Front, became as this scarecrow. CTPF fixed to hold this assembly 18th May, 2012. It is planned to gather 35000-50000 persons.

On the agenda of meeting was declared only one question — the adoption of the Law «On restoration of rights and rehabilitation of the repressed Crimean Tatar people» by Ukraine.

It would seem — what is scaring here?

But Dzhemilev’s persons there and then beat a bell — at this meeting will take place bloody conflicts, the people goes against authority, begin to storm a governmental tribune — and so on.

In general, the scenario of «future provocations» is painted in the best spirit of the Hollywood hits.

«Bloody conflicts» actively is propagandized by all closest to chairman of Mejlis so-called «political experts» and journalists, extracting inspiration from joint with Dzhemilev grant feeding-rack, which generously are increased by foreign sources.

Taking into account that for 20 years of the deputy’s activity and complete and unpunished «management» in Crimea Dzhemilev’s persons gained very powerful media resources — the interminable flow of this scaring misinformation flows as on population as the government of Crimea.

At the same time, naturally, there is no one mention that the Executive Committee of CTPF proceeds from principles of legitimacy and public security, applied to all bodies of the government of Crimea and Ukraine with Official proposal on creation of joint Organizational committee for holding of the Extraordinary National Assembly of the Crimean Tatar people 18th May 2012.

This fact completely sweeps aside any provocative reasons of the National Assembly and its organizers.

Thus, the only source of possible provocations at the Extraordinary National Assembly of the Crimean Tatar people 18th May 2012 can be only the leaders of Milli Mejlis, who finely understand that the Assembly will finish their infamous political career.

Namely, so, the break-down of the National Assembly at any price became for Dzhemilev and Chubarov not simply as the most important task, but and the question of their further existence — as in Crimean, as Ukrainian policy…

There is no best thing for discrediting of CTPF and the National Assembly than the direct fraud of population of Crimea, foolish cowing and primitive blackmail of authority by possible provocations — the leaders of Mejlis were not able to think.

«To save boss! »

«…unconditional pro-Ukrainian mood of Mejlis in present composition, including in plan of state belonging, which is supported by the majority of electors may prove to be the biggest obstacle for Kremlin services in playing off «Crimean game»

In other words, today Crimean Tatars — are only trump of the Ukrainian government in fight for Crimea.

If they would have no this 13% group, the final destiny of peninsula, probably, can be solved not in favour of Ukraine. Realizing it they force to listen to the words of Dzhemilev about attempts of the foreign special services to discredit national leaders and to break up Crimean Tatar national movement» — Dzhemilev’s persons write in their materials.

«…for prevention of anti-Ukrainian tendencies in Crimea, the official Kyiv will not to be limited by deportation of separate persons were suspected of sabotage and complicity to foreign interests. It is necessary to arrange constructive dialogue with Mejlis» — catch up some young Crimean Tatars abroad, «deeply obliged» to Dzhemilev for their personal working in different international projects.

Probably, on verification of the abovementioned fact of «close cooperation» of these declarants with Mustafa Dzhemilev we can close the topic of «objectivity and authenticity» of the materials.

Generally we could not pay attention on next attempt of «Dzhemilev’s persons» «to save boss», but we wanted, taking an opportunity, to cover one important question.

What is «unconditional pro-Ukrainian mood of Mejlis» for Mustafa Dzhemilev and his suite?

• May be, the demarche of Dzhemilev against President of Ukraine in August of 2010, when entire composition of Mejlis ignored invitation to meeting between President of Ukraine and Crimean Tatar community?

• Or 2 years of demonstrative refusals of Dzhemilev and Chubarov to take part in work of the Council of Representatives of the Crimean Tatar people attached to the President of Ukraine, whose new composition was approved by the President of Ukraine in 2010?

• Or, may be, as pro-Ukrainian position is the public slinging mud at Ukraine on various international forums — with personal deputy’s inaction in questions of restoration of the rights of own people within Ukraine?

• Or Dzhemilev’s persons consider as «pro-Ukrainian position» twenty-year plunder of budget resources were given by Ukraine for resettlement of Crimean Tatars?

Today Russia has no any territorial claims to Ukraine. This fact is confirmed by as Ukrainian as Russian politicians.

But Mustafa Dzhemilev persistently «fights» for Crimea against Russia up to now, gaining «shattering victories» on this illusory front — «only thanks to Dzhemilev» the Crimea didn’t get under the piratical flag in free sea to shore of Russia.

At the same time, as it is not strange, the Russia doesn’t know about its «shattering defeat» from «Dzhemilev’s knights»…

Declaration of the «pro-Ukrainian position» by Dzhemilev’s brigade is particularly cynical that there is no secret for anybody the pro-NATO position as the head of Mejlis himself as his foreign-policy activity.

There is «pro-Ukrainian position» in the activity of Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov not more than in activity of Barak Obama or Shymon Peres. And that the leadership of Mejlis is protégé of pro-NATO Europe absolutely is proved by simple comparison of two facts.

First fact. In spring-summer 2009, the Crimean Tatar action consisted of 150 persons was for 100 days near Timoshenko’s Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine. Participants of this action demanded land allotment for repatriates. The hunger-strike of two weeks’ duration took place in the action. More tens press-conferences were conducted and the letters with request to influence on situation were sent to all international organizations. No one statement in support of unprecedented action on a scale and just demands of the entire people was received from Europe.

Second fact. As only now the deceased prime-minister of Crimea Vasiliy Dzharti «pressed» Dzhemilev’s outlaws, where did Dzhemilev rush for support?

It is right — to Europe.

But Mustafa Dzhemilev in a moment was supported by Europe (also as now by Timoshenko). As a result, the most severe pressing from statements of euro-NATO politicians and international organizations forced Dzharti came into contact with Mejlis.

Did you see the difference?

Europe didn’t notice the aspirations and demands of the entire Crimean Tatar people, but personally Mustafa Dzhemilev, speaking by legal terms, was taken on probation.

Why? For «pro-Ukrainian mood»?

Or for personal severe anti-Russian position of Dzhemilev, fully corresponding to old phobias of NATO euro-democracy?

«Anti-Russian» — doesn’t mean «pro-Ukrainian»…

Crimean Tatars inhabit Crimea — are peaceful, hard-working and tolerant people. Crimea always was as multinational, and this taught Crimean Tatars to accept with respect the racial and religious differences of the peoples living in Crimea and their neighbours.

Russia in this plan — is not exception.

Say, please — why do Crimean Tatars are to hate Russians and like Europeans? What difference does it make for Crimean Tatar between Russian and, for example, German?

Certainly, there is nothing. Language — is different as well as a religion. Absolutely, there is nothing.

Why does Dzhemilev state on behalf of the entire Crimean Tatar people about hatred to Russia and shower compliments upon European peoples?

Why did Dzhemilev’s Mejlis fall out with governments of, practically, all states of Commonwealth Independent States (CIS)?

Why does department on foreign policy of Mejlis fully blockade the work with Islamic states?

Why all foreign trips of Dzhemilev, his reports, awards and premiums are limited by narrow ideological and geographical boundaries of NATO states?

As the popular wisdom says: who has girl to supper that dancing with her.

«They have the people’s deputy Dzhemilev to supper», even not hide it, USA, Israel and NATO states. Even the most hard-core optimist hardly can name political intrigues of NATO as pro-Ukrainian.

Accordingly, and political dance of the leaders of Mejlis take place with music «seven-fourth» (Jewish) — but not with gopak (Ukrainian dance) or khaytarma (Crimean Tatar).

Lie as method for payment

Crimean Tatars don’t need crafty leaders. This people is able to decide own attitude to nearest neighbours. And «pro-Ukrainian position» of Crimean Tatars is conditioned at all not by «leadership» of Dzhemilev, but that Crimea being under jurisdiction of Ukraine.

Crimean Tatars — are patriots of their region, and their only concern today — to keep peace and stability on peninsula that their children can live without fear for future. So, namely, thanks to Crimean Tatars and their careful and trembling attitude to their historical Motherland, the Crimea is really strong. Nobody of Crimean Tatars have ethnical hatred neither Russian, nor Ukrainians, as Dzhemilev’s apologists often try to present.

Moreover, as practice shows, today only source of destabilization on Crimean peninsula is namely highest team of the leadership of Mejlis.

From 14th November, from moment of the announcement of impeachment to the leaders of Mejlis by veterans of the National movement, Dzhemilev and Chubarov unleashed open war against own people.

Dzhemilev’s persons name without a twinge of conscience seventy-year and eighty-year veterans of NMCT as provokers and splitters. Functionaries of Mejlis take the most absurd attempts to break meetings and press-conferences of oppositional forces, using all, made for 20 years, the administrative resource for discrediting of People’s Front and blocking reliable information on their crimes before own people.

What do you think, who was first person met Dzhemilev after announced impeachment to him?

It is right — person from Europe.

In this time, the flop of Dzhemilev appeared so serious that «the heaviest artillery» started — the Commissar on human rights of the Council of Europe Tomas Hammarberg arrived to raise the lowest authority of the leader of Mejlis. Dzhemilev’s persons there and then led him to protest glades. TV channels, web-sites and other Mass Media were dazzled by photographs of Hammarberg with Dzhemilev.

It was not successful. All attempts appeared futile.

Clock of history snapped final moments of political farce, which was sarcastically named among people as «Dzhemilivschina» and «Chubarovschina». Agony still continues, but nobody doubts in finale.

Neither in Ukraine, nor Russia, including Europe — nor even in Mejlis itself.

But NATO needs instability and anti-Russian moods in Crimea. So, it is necessary to lie. It is necessary to lie…

And Dzhemilev’s persons lie. They lie stupidly and vulgarly — without raisin, spirit and fantasy. They lie, being alive to hopeless of their position and depressingly work off by betrayal and lie the political advance was given by «European boss».
