As has explained during session the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, the decision is accepted in connection with the beginning of carrying out of administrative reform in Ukraine for the purpose of optimization and increase of efficiency of activity representative and executive power.

According to the decision, Ministerial council of Crimea it is entrusted to prepare the decision project on optimization of structure of enforcement authorities of Crimea, device of Sovmin, having provided cutting-down of their number and expenses on the maintenance. Also it is entrusted to Crimean government to make changes to the program of employment of the population for 2010-2011, having provided additional measures on maintenance of employment of the workers liberated as a result of optimization of number of authorities.

As reported e-Crimea, in December it was entrusted to Crimean mayors and chairmen of regional state administrations to carry out the analysis of regular number of officials and to make offers on its optimization.

The INQUIRY: on December, 9th during session of Committee on economic reforms the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has declared that administrative reform assumes cutting-down of the device of the Cabinet on 50 %. Thus number of the central enforcement authorities and the territorial bodies subordinated by it should be reduced a minimum to 30 %.
