On July, 7th, 2010 in Bakhchisarai, on a platform at entrance on territory of a complex of Zyndzhyrly Medrese and the Piously-Uspensky monastery, unknown persons have begun autocratic building of a platform, referring to the permission of local authorities of Bakhchisarai and the instructions of the Piously-Uspensky monastery are direct.

Arrived to the place of events the Bakhchsarai mayor Dmitry Kretov and his assistant Michael Kazimirov have demanded immediately to stop any civil work, but, despite instructions of the city power of Bakhchisarai, unstated persons continued to carry out commissions «the unknown customers».

Having learnt about taking place illegal actions in territory of historical monuments, councillors of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people at the Bakhchsarai district state administration have made decision to dismantle a building site and have categorically opposed autocratic capture of the specified territory, and also carrying out of any illegal civil work.

As the chairman of the council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people has informed at the Bakhchsarai district state administration Ahtem Chijgoz, on July, 10th, 2010 under the chairmanship of the vice-president of the Bakhchsarai district state administration Gennady Muzhdabaev has passed meeting upon autocratic building in territory of a complex of Zyndzhyrly Medrese and the Piously-Uspensky monastery.

Representatives of Council of representatives have taken part in meeting work of the Crimean Tatar people at the Bakhchsarai district state administration, deputies of city and regional councils of Bakhchisarai, employees of the Bakhchsarai regional department of architecture, representatives of the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve. Representatives of the Piously-Uspensky monastery present at meeting have acted with an official statement that have no the slightest relation to the specified building and oppose continuations of any works.

According to the signed report, participants of meeting have made decision to address in law enforcement bodies for the purpose of installation of customers and persons-executors of autocratic civil work at entrance on territory of historical monuments.
