The chairman of the Supreme Rada of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov has advised to the Medzhlis to stop to speculate on problems of the Crimean Tatar people and to begin meaningful dialogue with the power.

At press conference in Simferopol, making comments on refusal of a management of the Medzhlis to participate in meeting with the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, V.Konstantinov has declared that the Medzhlis shouldn’t usurp the right to represent the people. «The president has given a hand, has arranged serious meeting, has invited to this meeting not only the Medzhlis, but wider range of the Crimean Tatar public. Dialogue, despite lacking the Medzhlis by which results concrete commissions» are given has turned out, — Chairman of SR of Crimea has told. Thus he has expressed hope that the Medzhlis «will cool down» and join in this work. «It is necessary to reject emotions, to come and start to work for the sake of the people. I am absolutely convinced that we will find things in common», — V.Konstantinov summarized.
