Doesn’t Ukraine Have Future?

Independent Ukraine, 18 years maintaining the infrastructure which has remained from Soviet Union, has settled a resource. The present state can stop the existence. It on a round table in Kiev was declared by the Ukrainian political scientist Jury Romanenko.
