The Crimean Tatar Youth Center (CYC) will spend on May, 17th current year the action «Light a spark in the heart», devoted to 66 anniversary of Deportation of the Crimean Tatar people. The Honourable chairman of CYC Eskender Bariev has informed on it on May, 11th at press conference in Simferopol.
«Thereupon, on May, 17th from 20:00 till 22.00 on the area of V.I.Lenin of Simferopol we will carry out the action« Light a spark in the heart », devoted to 66 anniversary of Deportation of the Crimean Tatar people. Within the limits of the action, on the area contours of peninsula Crimea will be made of sparks with number 66, a crimean Tatar national banner (tamga), a half moon with a star and an inscription« No genocide!!! », — has told Eskender Bariev and has added that at the moment of an establishment of the sparks, known executors Sejtabla Memetov, Urjane Kendzhikaeva, Aksana Ametova, Emiliya Ablaeva, Elnara Kuchuk will sang songs devoted to Deportation. Also, on the big screen the documentary film about tragical 1944г will be shown on May, 18th.
«The given action will pass simultaneously in the cities of Simferopols, Kiev, Ivano-Frankovsk, Moscow and London», — has informed Honourable chairman CYC and has specified that in these cities the action will be supported by such youth organisations as «Fundation of regional initiatives», «Young RUH», «the Union of young state employees of Ukraine», etc. in the action will take part in Moscow and London by young representatives of Crimean Tatar diasporas.
«It is not a political action, is the information action-requiem directed on that all of us inhabitants of Crimea, all nationalities and creeds have not admitted that tragedy which has tested the Crimean Tatar people in 1944», — has added Eskender Bariev and has noticed that the action «Light a spark in the heart» 4th year is spent by forces of CYC.
