Russian world of Crimea is so strange and original that it is difficult to understand, that it wants and for what struggles. One assert that against a violent Ukrainization, others — for reunion with the mother-rossiej. The third also are at all assured that no struggle is present, and there are public relations to concrete cases allocated on special propaganda of money…

About a malicious Ukrainization of Crimea to rustle usually begin in Moscow. And these reports are reminded usually by military men. If to believe the Russian semi-official TV, in Crimea incessantly (but with an obligatory break for a resort season!) marches, meetings, demonstrations roar. And the resort peninsula lives only these protest actions: against the NATO and calling of the American ships, against an Ukrainization, intrigues of masons, oppression of the working people of Palestin. On the screen all time same: columns protesting amicably and roughly merge in a uniform impulse. It is so much noise and absolutely insignificant result!

However, itself time and again observed, how pass such actions. Sevastopol, on November, 4th, 2009, Day of national unity, Nakhimov’s area. I observe, how at about noon the tiny small group assigns flowers to a monument to Nakhimov: old women with Nikolay II portraits, a para-three of the youths, three imperial black-ochroleucous flags, a header with an inscription «Black one hundred». Citizens put a radio tape recorder near a monument, from the cartridge the prayer sounds. Having prayed under the tape recorder, grannies and good fellows with tags have moved further. And I on a mobile phone was there and then called by the naval figure rather a high rank: «There at a monument to Nakhimov such powerful action, all city protests!» It, of course, to the old salt tempered by battles in the seas-oceans of propaganda, from windows of a staff of the Russian Black Sea fleet and is more visible. But on the mass protest action precisely did not pull: «shareholders» was equal bill 17 the person, itself considered, on heads and banners. In the answer the naval official it is angry has muttered:« Here so we also lose information war! »Well, we also lose? Has read the next day in the local Russian newspaper: cruel Sevastopol militia and special troops,« using physical strength », have brutally dispersed procession in honour of a national holiday of Russia. And when on September, 4th, 2008 to Sevastopol there has arrived other ship of Naval Forces of the USA, Pathfinder, any pickets I at all did not see: tourists were, protesting — are not present, though the Russian channels persistently convinced of the return.The Sevastopol acquaintances then spoke maliciously on a subject, however a lot of improbable about own city it is possible to learn from the Moscow transfers.

At first sight it seems that Russian world of Crimea is politically rich and plentiful: to a heap of every possible communities, parties, associations, associations, circles and clubs on interests. World democracies have a rest! Only in actual fact it appears that the circle of their active workers is narrow and they are terribly far from Crimeans. And they are raised nowadays, seemingly, as that scientific dog of Pavlova: reflex, as soon as the bulb of «Fas» lights up. And, the main thing, arrives the next tranche. I remember, one of organizers of such meetings of 2008 on width sincere took in the autumn and has blurted out suddenly in an aether as it was called to itself by commander of BSF and what instructions gave. Type we supposedly not in itself and not self-interest for the sake of, but the Native land-mother which has sent us. The Native land-mother in admiral’s epaulets then roughly was indignant. However, to cure patriots of an incontience of speech and it was not possible. Sergey Tsekov, the first deputy of the chairman of the Supreme body of Autonomous republic Crimea and in combination also the chairman of Russian community of Crimea, took and told: we supposedly «constantly get support of the government of Moscow, department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on work with compatriots abroad». So, «if this support was not and our activity we could not spend so much deputies in councils of different levels would not be financed, and the new selective period now begins, and we hope that we again will be helped…». Would be silent is better…

Natalia — the former engineer-shipbuilder, nowadays on pension, works in a news-stand, easily having distinguished in me the Moscow journalist («Who will take local newspapers packs still!»), sighs: «Obrydli these parties with shouts about oppression and returning in a bosom of the mother-rossii. Same simply paid work. And what here a secret that now any not clear Russian funds and structures actively work for us: as the next campaign — money at once joins. Also hold a meeting as if on command, and from a staff of fleet, consulate or Moscow — I do not know».

As, whence and for what this financing arrives, the head of Security service of Ukraine Valentina Nalivajchenko has reconnoitered. In one of teleprograms he even has shared the agenturno-operative data: «This financing went through absolutely concrete foreign embassy in our territory, it was absolutely concrete budget on concrete actions: to collect meeting against the NATO, to collect meeting against foreign policy of Ukraine».The Crimean colleagues-journalists too much that have told to me about these rich «private» funds: any of them others are officially registered in Nizhni Novgorod, any in Ulyanovsk, and at all from Ural Mountains, however persistently extend grants only in Crimea. In charity in own edges are not noticed in any way, other quite particularly offered influential Crimean journalists grants under concrete materials. One of my interlocutors has maliciously thrown: on the fundamental science at Russia of money is not present, and on the Crimean city madwomen — always?

By the way, and after all actually Russian world for 18 Post-Soviet years — almost four five-years periods! — and has not put forward neither people, nor ideas, remained especially the phenomenon. The marginaln mash of 18 years wandered-raged, to it all time something added-poured, disturbed-cooked. But has cooked nothing, has degenerated nothing. And at these communities — everyone separately and everything together taken, — so have not appeared neither bright leaders, nor any distinct ideas, and in general outlooks. All activity of these conflicting with each other outcasts of season also it is predicted: «the NATO, hands off Crimea!», «we will protect great and mighty Russian», «Sevastopol — a city of Russian glory». Everything, more than any social and economic reality, the same people, the same words, the same dates and occasions. Boredom…

Though with an Ukrainization of schools, certainly, uttermost disgrace. One year ago the first deputy of the head of administration of Sevastopol Vladimir Kazarin said to me that «67 schools teach in the Russian, one in an Ukrainian language so was and earlier». Has checked up: schools with the Ukrainian language in Crimea already whole seven, one of them — in Sevastopol. So in «a city of Russian glory» in Russian education and training is conducted in 98 % preschool centres, 94 % of schools, in 100 % professional educational institutions and in 97 % of high schools. Ah yes, at all Russian schools teach the Ukrainian literature and the Ukrainian language. So Crimean, and in particular Sevastopol, schoolboys stably take the first places on the Ukrainian language on the Olympic Games, as regards knowledge рiдной speeches reserving far even zapadentsy! Unless enemy language so learn?!

By the way, in Sevastopol, in general in Crimea, newspapers in the Ukrainian language on counters, consider, and is not present. «Here still, I will sell them, to whom they are necessary?» — was indignant when has asked for it the Ukrainian newspapers. On a counter there were only editions Moscow and local Russian-speaking. Almost all signboards only in Russian, the Ukrainian speech also it is not so audible, and Russian threecolour in Sevastopol obviously in many it is more yellow-blue. Well, certainly, still their children and the grandsons who were born already in Crimea, but it is already separate theme. The social composition (and mentality) of Crimeans was defined by two main things: their peninsula was, first, the main military base of the Black Sea fleet, and in general the most powerful military fist, whence incessantly threatened all southern flank of the NATO; and, secondly, an all-Union resort health resort, besides the main. And consequently up to disintegration of the USSR all in Crimea also has been ground only under these two things: fleet and a resort. More precisely, health-resort visitors from whom it was necessary to tear off all. Here also left that the Crimean society was formed of two base units: military men (and members of their families) and all those who was fed from health-resort visitors. With the first all is clear: their Soviet-militarised mentality not to change in any way. But public force them in the former USSR did not leave in general anywhere: in Russia, the it is more in Crimea. Military pensioners are able to go a system under red tags, chorus to sing the Soviet songs, obediently to leave on meetings and to fulfil orders. In civil sphere it is more than anything they are not able. The military hierarchy does not promote development of the initiative and independent thinking so attempts to organise ex-fighters in something effective left only. And with those who is fed on a field resort, and for a long time: in eyes at them one big rouble is highlighted only. Either dollar. Or euro as it is pleasant to whom. And during a season it it is exact not to a policy. What leaders, what ideas environment can generate ?! Whether Moscow should posess Crimea or to Kiev, to all of them is equal. Yes though to the Turkish sultan! If only health-resort visitors whom it is possible went and it is necessary to milk, instead of a life to put on barricades for language.

By the way, about Anschluss. Whom in the street stop, if that is the person aged, there and then will joyfully be stirred up: yes enter army! Simplicity of the decision, of course, touches, but when in conversation draw a picture «tanks in a city» or dot carpet bombing by square-cluster way a-lja Tshinval and Grozny, enthusiasm of the interlocutor runs low.And absolutely nobody thirsts to be at war in the Chechen Republic, Dagestan, Ingushetia, with Georgia itself or to send there the children and grandsons. At pronouncing of magic words «Chechen Republic» and «Grozny» eyes of my vizavilost shine, and interrogated mumbled, it is not necessary what generally to hasten yet, not all so in Crimea is bad, and idea of reunion not the guide to action, and smother fine impulses, purely dream of the Fine Lady. One such compatriot and has given out: «That, already and it is impossible to dream?! And your tanks, of course, here are not necessary to us, after them any health-resort visitors any more will not entice…»
