8538 statements are submitted to executive committees of Alushta, Yalta and Sudak city councils from the deported citizens on reception of the ground areas. In particular in Yalta — 2465 statements, in Alushta — 6059, in Sudak — 14. Such figures were given by Repcommittee on affairs of nationalities on the next meeting of Working group on coordination of activity of enforcement authorities and local governments on maintenance of the rights of the citizens living in Crimea, on the earth.
The chairman of committee Eduard Dudakov has informed that in Sudak refuse to accept statements from citizens, motivating it with absence of the earth. The data of official persons included in a waiting list across Simferopol and the Simferopol area isn’t given by committee. Meanwhile, in the list of participants of the mass self-captures, sounded by Repcommittee at meeting, 3740 persons are registered, and 2947 persons apply for sites in Simferopol and the Simferopol area.
Dudakov has informed that these lists since 2007 practically haven’t changed. But they not exact since not all applicants for the earth give about themselves the information, being afraid of prosecutions. Chairman of Repcommittee has expressed opinion that without adoption of law about restoration of the rights deported, their ground problems won’t dare. «20 years are the program, and 20 years aren’t present the Law», — Dudakov noticed. Under his data, annually to Crimea come back about 500 families of repatriates.
Repcomground intend to lobby interests of Crimeans in higher authority bodies
More than 1100 hectares of the earths belonging to the state structures (to the Ministry of Defence, National academy of Sciences, the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, etc.) aren’t used for the designated purpose. Some sites aren’t maintained more than 10 years. The republican committee on ground resources intends to initiate references in the supreme bodies of the government with the request of assistance of inclusion of these territories in borders rural and rural councils, and their use for needs of the public.
According to the chairman of committee Alexander Chabanov, it is independent to the Village Soviets difficultly to punch this question. It we will do on behalf of Ministerial council ARC, has declared Chabanov. He has noticed that similar practice already existed, but from the former power of reaction practically wasn’t.
