On the eve of presidential election in Ukraine official Kiev can kindle a situation in Crimea to break elections. The conflict between Tatars and Slavs on peninsula which is not connected directly with elections in parallel prepares, but in it NATO intervention is possible, the employee of Institute of Slavic studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oleg Nemensky considers.

In Crimea there can be a flashpoint on the eve of presidential election in Ukraine. On September, 18th in transfer «Military secret» on the channel «REN TV» it was said that participants of the conflict can become Ukraine, Russia and the NATO. Thus the Crimean Tatars sponsored by Turkey and spending self-captures of the earths, can declare occurrence in structure of this country. To keep the power, the president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko is capable to go of similar provocations, journalists confirm.

As to a reality of existence of a certain plan on involvement of forces of the NATO in the conflict to Russia the employee of Institute of Slavic studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oleg Nemensky has declared that the Ukrainian president obviously is going to play any scenario for the sake of preservation of own power. It is either a failure of elections because of introduction of state of emergency, or a recognition of results of voting by the void.

«Here the Tatar factor will be hardly involved, — the expert considers. — the conflict will construct round Sevastopol with the Black Sea fleet of the Russian Federation. Will be several« casual »shots and one terrible statement from the Kreml enough to declare state of emergency. The NATO will not interfere with it. As a last resort, if the conflict outgrows in the present operations the separate NATO countries can take part in it, first of all Poland and Turkey. Really to be at war with Russia is for nothing», — the expert considers.

Absolutely other question, according to Oleg Nemenskogo, — kindling of the slavjano-Tatar conflict on peninsula. «It is not connected with presidential election and, I think, Kiev will make everything that these two conflicts were not crossed», — he has told.

«The slavjano-Tatar conflict is really actively prepared, including Kiev. And here NATO participation is already possible, but not as a belligerent party — here it will be important to them to have time to begin the participation before Russia that with it not to face, — and as peace-making mission», — the employee of Institute of Slavic studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences considers.

«The such conflict in Crimea — a unique occasion on which NATO armies can be deployed in Ukraine without granting to it of membership in the Alliance. Long peace-making operation in Crimea is favourable also to Kiev, as the NATO — the unique organisation which is capable to keep territorial integrity of Ukraine. And it at it already almost the main problem. But here there is no speech about formation of the special Crimean state as Crimea is important for the NATO as a part of Ukraine», — the expert has concluded.

Victor Yushchenko has already started to prepare soil for the conflict in Crimea. On September, 14th in interview to the British edition of Financial Times he has told that Moscow «conducted smear campaign against Kiev and will try to manipulate the Ukrainian electorate».»The Russian authorities will try to play« the Crimean card », — the president of Ukraine when him have asked has told, whether flashes of separatism or confrontations are possible. With a hint to Russia he spoke about« the Crimean card »and on September, 7th in interview to German weekly journal Der Spiegel.

The probability is high that in case of coming to power of the candidate undesirable to the West in presidents, in Crimea mass riots and intimidation actions, by analogy to April elections in Moldova will be organised. In these purposes radicals from the Crimean -Tatar national movement which will spend acts of terrorism against objects and staff of the Black Sea fleet of Russia can be used. It will allow the present authorities of Ukraine to enter a mode of an emergency situation in the country and to disavow results of elections.
