I consider that it is necessary for us to participate at a forthcoming forum on November, 12th. It is necessary to use all political platforms and forums, for upholding of our interests.
In the offered project «Theses of the anti-recessionary program of development of Crimea» in point 4 Humanitarian relations, special position the Crimean Tatar radical people of Crimea as unique carrier of Crimean Tatar culture and language is not considered. Thereupon the Crimean Tatar people should have the special status in territory of Crimea, possess the special rights. To have in parliament ARC of 36 % of deputies in fraction of the Crimean Tatars. To have the right to creation of political party within an autonomy, instead of it is obligatory in several administrative units of Ukraine. Such position does not contradict international law, and has corresponding points in many parliaments and constitutions of the states of the world. We do not invent something exclusive only for the Crimean Tatars, not corresponding to the variant of protection of the rights of a national minority conventional to world community in primordial territory of occurrence of the given culture, the given ethnos, the nation.
Not to avoid, not to be at enmity, and to communicate, only in dialogue there can be a mutual knowledge of cultures and the people. To all politicians and inhabitants of Crimea, it is necessary to understand already that in Crimea the culture can develop only the Crimean Tatar. Cultures of other people living in Crimea can remain or be enriched for the account of development of culture of the mother countries. There is no special Crimean-Russian, the Crimean-Armenian, Crimean-Greek, Crimean-Azerbaijan languages and cultures. It is impossible to present development of the Greek, Armenian, Azerbaijan culture and language in Crimea. And even development of Russian culture and language in a separation from Russia. There is unique in the world a Crimean Tatar culture and the Crimean Tatar language, arisen on territory of Crimea, and only it can develop in Crimea and consequently should have the privilege in relation to possibilities of preservation of cultures of diasporas of the various people living in Crimea.
About necessity of creation of privileges for the small people it was known in the XX-th century beginning.
