GM Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in an autonomy has in writing informed the Crimean organization Ruh that hasn’t received from it variety of documents for last five years. «On August, 18th, 2010 in justice central administrative board the decision of council of the Crimean regional organization of National Ruh of Ukraine from April, 10th, 2010 about convocation of session of the higher authorized body for May, 2nd, 2010 and definition of rates of representation has been passed, — told in letter GM of Ministry of Justice in Crimea.

— However in the report of supervising body of structural division of political party from April, 10th, 2010 it is not designated, which councilors of the Crimean regional organization of National Ruh have taken part in session ». Moreover, GM of Ministry of Justice in Crimea has notified Ruh members that else in August, 2007 the extract from the report of conference of the Crimean organization Ruh which has taken place on November, 12th, 2005, on re-election of structure of authorized bodies has been passed registering body.« However in connection with not granting till today the report of council on convocation of session of conference for November, 12th, 2005 the information on re-election of structure of directing bodies of structural division of political party was not taken into consideration». In the same way, have notified in Ministry of Justice, to them documents on elections of directing bodies of Crimean organization Ruh in 2007 and 2009 whereas authorized documents of party provide a biennial term of appointment of directing bodies of the regional organization haven’t arrived.

On the basis of all set forth above GM of Ministry of Justice comes to a conclusion that it not in a condition to take into consideration not only the information on change of an administrative board of Crimean organization Ruh, but also on election of delegates of XIX All Ukraine gathering (congress) of party. Thus, the Ministry of Justice actually calls into question legitimacy of the present head of the Crimean Communist Party organization of Ruh, deputy of SR of Crimea Leonid Pilunsky and all party congress of Ruh. If to follow logic of authors of the letter, it is possible to doubt and legitimacy of fraction «Ruh — Kurultaj» in parliament of Crimea, after all it too has been selected after conference of 2005 about which in Ministry of Justice to this day don’t know a single thing. Are simultaneously put under doubts and all last decisions of Crimean organization Ruh, somehow: the statement of the list of candidates on forthcoming elections.

In Medzhlis, such threat realize and in case of its realization tend to a variant of the announcement of political boycott to local elections.
