About additional measures on arrangement of the Crimean Tatars, other persons deported to national signs, and their descendants who have come back or come back to a constant residence to Ukraine

For the decision of pressing questions of arrangement of the Crimean Tatars, other persons deported to a national sign, and their descendants who have returned or come back to a constant place a residence to Ukraine, I decide:

1. To the cabinet of Ukraine:

1). To analyse in a month a condition of execution of regulatory legal acts, sent on improvement of a social and economic situation in Autonomous republic Crimea, arrangement of the Crimean Tatars, other persons deported to a national sign, and their descendants who have returned on a constant place residing at Ukraine, and by results of such analysis to provide execution of such certificates;

2) to take measures when due hereunder on acceleration of the statement of the concept of the state ethnonational policy and the program of arrangement of the Crimean Tatars and other persons deported to a national sign which have returned or come back to residing at Ukraine, their adaptation and integration into the Ukrainian society for the period till 2015;

3) to organise work on finishing to a society of the objective information on deportation from Crimea the Crimean Tatars and other persons to a national sign.

2. To the cabinet of Ukraine together with Autonomous republic Crimea Ministerial council:

1) to provide carrying out at appropriate level of actions in connection with 66th anniversary of deportation from Crimea the Crimean Tatars and other persons to a national sign, an extended coverage of these actions in mass media;

2) to fulfil till July, 1st, 2010 questions on giving to the Bakhchsarai state historical and cultural reserve of the status national and to make corresponding offers;

3) to provide till the end of 2010 end of formation and the further functioning of the summary register of repatriates and members of their families.

3. To Autonomous republic Crimea ministerial council to promote the decision when due hereunder a building question in Simferopol to the Cathedral mosque.

4. To representation of the President of Ukraine in Autonomous republic Crimea to prepare with participation of representatives of the Crimean Tatars and a tax till July, 1st, 2010 of the offer on improvement of work of Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people.

5. The given Decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
