The working group of Ministerial council of Crimea has finished inventory of autocratically grasped ground areas.
According to the press-service of Republican committee on ground resources, by results of inventory of autocratically occupied earth or the earth asked by citizens, the total area of autocratic captures is defined in 3 thousand in hectare. On these earths 9176 autocratic structures, from them 1125 capital structures and 706 structures used for residing are located.
Including in Simferopol have counted 364,7 hectares of the grasped earth, in the Simferopol area — 1198 hectares, in the Bakhchsarai area — 9,6 hectares, in Evpatoria — 40,3 hectares, in Alushta region — 310,5 hectares, in Sudak region — 451,8 hectares, in Yalta region — 144,6 hectares, in Feodosiya region — 243 hectares, in Leninsk area — 238,2 hectares.
«On each site the separate decision will be made. If the earth is free, we will put financing on working out of general layouts with the subsequent allocation. If the site is occupied, we will specify, how it is used, and whether it is possible to transfer it in the municipal property» — chairman of Repcomground Alexander Chabanov has noted.
The republican committee of Crimea on affairs of nationalities and the deported citizens should define quantity of applicants for reception of the earth. Results of this work will be brought by the end of the year.
As reported e-Crimea, in July of the power of Crimea have declared that within a month the register of ground self-captures will be created.
The INQUIRY: In Crimea tried to spend inventory of self-captures of the earth in the beginning of 2007. To finish this work intended within two months, however after a year — in February of 2008 — the chairman of Republican committee of that time on ground resources Nikolay Golubev recognised what to create the register of autocratically occupied grounds in Crimea it is impossible. As he said, Repcomground hardly coped with creation of the register of country sites, and to define «owner» of each self-capture — a problem «from area of a fantasy».

In Crimea for December Will Sell 760 Hectares of the Earth
Till the end of the year in Crimea the first ground auctions will take place — on them is planned to sell 760 hectares of the earth. Sites have been engaged In the list behind borders of settlements of the Bakhchsarai, Lenin, Saksky and Simferopol areas, Armjansk and Feodosiya, and also in territory of the Big Yalta.
The ministerial council of Crimea has confirmed the list of sites which till the end of 2010 will be exposed on ground auctions. It was declared by the first deputy of the head of the Crimean government Pavel Burlakov. As he said, 56 platforms by a total area about 760 hectares of different function are prepared: from industrial to the recreational. «This work is conducted and further, this list will have continuation», — the first vice-premier has told.
Barge haulers also has informed that in December in Crimea will pass competition by definition of executors of the ground auctions. «Prior to the beginning of new year we will spend the first ground auctions. For this purpose there is all necessary is standard-legal base», — the first vice-premier has assured.
Let’s remind that in July of current year the Ministerial council of Crimea has confirmed the list of sites which will be exposed on ground auctions. In the list have been engaged 38 ground areas located behind borders of settlements of the Bakhchsarai, Lenin, Saksky and Simferopol areas, Armjansk and Feodosiya, and also in territory of the Big Yalta.
Let’s notice that the last half a year the Office of Public Prosecutor of Crimea in large quantities makes a protest against the decision of the former authorities about allocation of grounds and returns them in the state property. Thus, according to experts, the further destiny of these sites will be a litmus piece of paper of true intentions of the new power concerning Crimea.
