The chairman of the Sevastopol state administration Sergey Kunitsyn asserts that in Kiev continue to discuss plans on fall of the status of Sevastopol and its inclusion in structure of Crimea. Supporters of this idea are not only in camp of «orange». The official has declared it on air of the Sevastopol TV.

«There are people and not only in opposition who consider that Sevastopol should be a part of Autonomous republic Crimea. In this case the city will lose at once both in the status, and in authority, both on the budget, and on money. In due time I argued about it with Yushchenko, told that is it the error, and Sevastopol will not support it. Crimea has its own problems, Sevastopol has its. Crimea is extremely astable. And here people have got used to live in conditions of the special status. It is caused by stay of the Black Sea fleet», — Kunitsyn has told.

The idea about inclusion of Sevastopol in structure of Crimea was stated by Victor Yushchenko in July of last year. It was supported completely by management АRC representing Party of Regions. Sergey Kunitsyn spoke then, that it will happen only if Sevastopol becomes new capital of Crimea.
