Tendencies after the last elections in Ukraine were outlined, and it is some of them. First of all, it is a tendency to an one-party system establishment in Ukraine, before there was a tendency to two-party membership, and now — towards an one-party system that to the Russian observer is well familiar. It is such party system at which there is a party in power, there are its satellites, and there is still an irreconcilable opposition which is on a roadside of political process. The tendency to such restructurization of a political field now was outlined.

For today party «Batkivshina» — one of base elements of opposition as (BYT) under the new selective law participation in elections in general was forbidden to Yulia Timoshenko Block. And here party «Batkivshina» is pushed out gradually on a roadside, J.Timoshenko does everything to promote it. There is a process of self-destruction of opposition. Oppositionists, maybe, and unconsciously but so that cease to be any appreciable political force behave.
The Party of Regions (PR) has accurately worked taking under the complete control the southeast of Ukraine. In the central Ukraine this party also receives the relative majority that is very important strategically because on the electoral preferences this region defining, is in it a key to electoral success. I will remind I.V.Stalin’s words who has told that how who votes and who considers voices is important not. Taking over the control of local authorities, the Party of Regions builds to itself the system allowing successfully for to carry out counting of votes on the future elections. Positions of its possible satellites which are ready to be with PR in allied relations are saved also. But anyway it will be the unequal union.
Instead of «Batkivshchina» the party in power designs now to itself the convenient opponent. This selective association «Freedom», extreme nationalists which frighten the public and, thus, will mobilize a society against itself. In general, all goes in respect of design definition, and a certain project which is obviously favourable the parties in power is realized. The Party of Regions also is the author of this project.

As to Crimea it has got to that zone as which the party in power considers as the ancestral lands which wants to be presented here as a certain absolute leader. Now in the Crimean parliament ¾ deputy places it will be fixed to AVENUE In parliament of Crimea there will be new faces, many of which have no political past. These are newly made Crimeans, who became those through reception of the deputy mandate.
Earlier many of politicians were a part of other political parties. Now РR has collected such politicians from the past which under a party banner of the party in power declare today that they are politicians of the light future. The people and party have appeared are uniform, and we have actually received almost one-party Crimean parliament. It kills a usual political deal which was built in Crimea last years. But we should pass through it.
Strengthening of the Prorussian forces in Crimea is hardly probable possible. Crimea always was more than on 80 % Prorussian following the results of all previous elections, and the others of 20 % are made by the Crimean Tatars among whom units or, at the best, tens are adjusted prorussians. Now in this plan of anything couldn’t change. A choice Crimeans carry out within the limits of the certain menu — Communist Party, party «Union«, «Russian unity», РR, sometimes happen on elections also other political forces which position itself as Prorussian. Between these forces there is a struggle for 80 % of the Crimean voters. РR has delayed on itself the lion’s share of these percent. I won’t accuse the party in power of falsification, but it is clear that the party which is in power which supervises the government and mass-media, can prove the superiority on elections. As told Oruell, all are equal, but there are what are more equal. It has been initially declared, how much voices are going to receive «regionals» in the Crimean parliament, visual advertizing has been carried out, about it was much told, and now we see evident acknowledgement of all of it.
In respect of the Prorussian choice in Crimea has changed nothing, the Prorussian spirit any more didn’t become, but also didn’t become it is less, however it has structurally changed. New is just that in Crimea other tendencies about which I already have told earlier are now designated.
