Chebureks from Milli Firka on Quay of Yalta

On September, 25th on Quay of Yalta has passed Crimean festival of Crimea Tatar chebureks. Masters have taken part in an ethnic cuisine holiday of cheburek arts from Kerch, Sudak, Simferopol and Yalta.

Numerous inhabitants and visitors of southern capital of Crimea could not only take pleasure in taste and aroma present of Crimean Tatar chebureks, but also personally to see process of their preparation.

In the difficult situation there were members of authoritative jury — the present gourmets of east kitchen. Chebureks of all masters were very tasty, juicy and fragrant, therefore to define the best among the best was rather uneasy business. Nevertheless, the winner of competition recognizes a brigade of masters of Fatime Pligos from Yalta.

The prize of spectator sympathies and flowers basket from visitors from Russia were received by the 83-year-old inhabitant of Simferopol Shemsie Asanova, specially arrived for participation in competition from autonomy capital.

The holiday has gone right wonderfully well. It was warm, it is tasty and it is cheerful.

As organizers of festival have acted Yalta regional organization Milli Firka (the head Emir Medzhidov) and the mayoralty of Yalta (the first deputy of the Yalta mayor Gennady Dobkin and the head of department of culture Elena Pereverzeva).
