The Crimean government has approved creation of the Commission on the decision of the questions connected with discharging of autocratically occupied earths and granting to deported and other citizens of the ground areas for building and service of apartment houses in Simferopol and the Simferopol area. About it it is told in the decision accepted today at session by Sovmin.
In particular, the commission was headed by the deputies of the Crimean government by George Psarev, by his assistants the vice-premier of an autonomy Aziz Abdullaev and the chairman of Republican committee ARC on ground resources Alexander Chabanov.
Besides, the commission included the minister of transport and communication of Crimea Nikolay Cherevkov, the minister of regional development and building Sergey Brajko, the minister of an industrial policy, fuel and power Igor Zosimov, the minister of housing and communal services Nikolay Poritsky, the minister of an agrarian policy Oleg Farin, head repcommittee under international relations Edem Dudakov, chairman Repcom on protection of a cultural heritage Sergey Tur, the first deputy of the chairman of Republican committee of information Shevket Memetov, the mayor of Simferopol Victor Ageev, the head of the Simferopol district state administration Vladimir Zhivitsa and the chairman of regional council Vladimir Zakoretsky. Besides it, the commission included the chairman of the World congress of the Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov, the deputy of Saky regional council Zevdzhet Kurtumerov, etc.
The document also confirms the plan of prime actions of the commission on the situation permission. So, the plan assumes definition of ground files in which limits the ground areas, preparation of the feasibility report on possibility of granting of sites, formation of the list of the persons autocratically occupied the earths and interested in reception of sites for building and service of apartment houses can be given.
As the Chairman of the council of ministers АРC Vasily Dzharty, a commission priority has declared to journalists at a briefing — till March, 1st to define and confirm the above-named files.
