The leader of Medzhlis of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev tried to bail the ex-speaker of parliament of Crimea Anatoly Gritsenko before court. He has declared it in the comment liga.net. Together with Dzhemilev the guarantee was signed by deputies from BYT — natives of Crimea Sergey Velizhansky and Andrey Senchenko.

«I have transferred to the judge the statement for the guarantee: I guarantee that he will be in court it time, won’t evade. With me the statement was submitted by deputies from BYT Velizhansky and Senchenko. But the court hasn’t taken it into consideration and has passed the decision to leave Gritsenko under guards. At me such the impression was made that the decision is taken out not in court, and in other place», — he has told.

Let’s remind, Dzhemilev considers as the reason of prosecution of Gritsenko because «he is not from Party of Regions for a long time already». Also the leader of Medzhlis considers business against the ex-speaker of the Crimean parliament decided.

Let’s remind, on January, 24th it became known that the militia has detained Gritsenko on suspicion in illegal operations with the ground areas. The Office of Public Prosecutor of Crimea has estimated losses from ground frauds in which, the ex-speaker of parliament of peninsula is suspected of 23 million UAH.

On January, 27th the Central court of Simferopol has arrested Gritsenko till March, 25th.
