Dear compatriots! To an election day of the new President of Ukraine there are few days. The present situation is characterised by disappointment growing every day and indignation of simple people political practice of all so-called Ukrainian «elite», for which country and its people only objects of operation and a profit.

The present political mode de jure is the successor of historical debts of the former authorities in the relation of the Crimean Tatar people. However from the moment of the formation as independent state Ukraine in the name of its central and the regional authorities pursues a policy of ignoring of birth rights of the subjected to repression people, being the assimilation tool, and actually destructions of the Crimean Tatars as the nations. For 18 years of «independence» necessity of creation of legislative, political and social and economic bases of restoration of national equality of the Crimean Tatar people that is expressed is in a pointed manner and obstinately ignored:

— In absence in the Constitution of Ukraine of the fact of existence the Crimean Tatar people and its ethnic territory, and — hence — and its integral sovereign rights;

— In not acceptance of the acts directed on full-scale rehabilitation of the people, on liquidation of all consequences of deportation of 1944, semicentenial deduction of the people out of Crimea;

— In deliberate restriction of the right to return home more than 150 thousand Crimean Tatars who owing to social and economic barriers and administrative interdictions could not return till now from dispatch places.

— In absence in an electoral system of the mechanism of formation of the plenipotentiary representation of the Crimean Tatar people in authorities of all levels;

— In proceeding capture-privatisation of the radical earths in places of historical residing;

— In sabotage of vital need of the people in national education and education system on Crimean Tatar language …

All it proceeds throughout all presidencies: both kravchuk’s, and kuchma’s, and yshenko’s. There are no bases to hope that this discrimination will not proceed and at the new president, irrespective of who becomes them — She or He.

He promises to create «special co-ordinating body which would take on itself questions of preparation and realisations of the corresponding legislation … to Himm it appears still« it is necessary to define all spectrum of problems which have collected recently, and to define an order of their decision ». Compatriots, you have seen in these promises something clear and concrete? You have believed to it?

She would like to see the People’s Deputy M.Dzhemilev and all Crimean Tatars a part of the command (she will order) «for the sake of joint building of our state, for the good of the Ukrainian people». What state means we know — unitary with the uniform nation, language and religion. Compatriots, do you trust her?!

There are among us those who considers that it is necessary to calculate and make all the faultless rate on the winner. We remind: on last elections some political «clairvoyants» have guessed «winner» from two Victors. And what has it resulted? The winner, being in Hansara (and it is one of symbols of our statehood and history) has suggested guessed to refuse the public requirement of the sovereignty.

The big sharks are torn to the power. Round them are twisted small in hope to receive a roof and access to all the blessings. Both those, and others say lies, persuade to support them, promising gold mountains. We all already passed it, and today it repeats.

Eski ammam, eski taz!

Dear compatriots! Milli Firka, urges to recollect that we are the Crimean Tatars — a flesh from a flesh children of this earth — the countries Crimeas. We — the people, instead of electoral crowds of outcasts without a sort and a tribe. The debt to memory of ancestors and to future generations orders to become us creators of ours today and ours tomorrow. Our key purposes — statehood restoration, revival of language, world outlook unity and culture. Therefore, we, being Moslems, should not choose «smaller harm». Any harm, we should battle to it. So learns the Koran.

Milli Firka calls you in an election day, on January, 17th, to answer the same authorities that they throughout 18 years show in relation to our people: to turn away from their dirty turmoil and fights for the power. We urge you not to support anybody from applicants. We will arrive how to us prompt reason, memory, heart and conscience. This political protest will show our unity and will be heard by the world community.
