In Belogorsk regional council the representative of fraction «Kurultaj-Ruh» should occupy a post of the vice-president. It was declared by the first deputy of the chairman of Medzhlis, the Crimean member of parliament Refat Chubarov at session of the Constant commission on local government and administrative-territorial questions on December, 9th.

In particular, according to Refat Chubarov, in regional council only two fractions are generated: Party of Regions (19 persons) and «Kurultaj-Ruh» (11 persons). «We have offered, that the vice-president of council where the Crimean deputies most compactly live, there was someone from deputies of fraction» Kurultaj-Ruh «, — Refat Chubarov has told. However, as he said, the head of regional council Stepan Hudoba has refused to make a compromise.

Besides, Refat Chubarov has opposed Stepan Hudoby’s rewardings by Presidium SR ARC Certificate of honor.

In turn the head of the Belogorsk district state administration Oleg Rusetsky has explained that in regional council the post of one of assistants has been reduced. «Instead of two assistants as it was in the previous cadence, there was only one, and, naturally, it had been selected the representative of the majority from Party of Regions», — the head of DSA has told.

Also has added that in the presence of two established posts of deputies it would be possible to give a post of one to the representative of other political force.

Oleg Rusetsky also has underlined that Stepan Hudoba has deserved a charter of Presidium SR of Crimea.
