Will Karasubazar Grow to Uskut?

Belogorsk area of Crimea wants to expand the territory at the expense of villages of Privetnoye council and to receive an outlet to the sea. Road Karasubazar-Uskut arrangement (Belogorsk — Privetnoe) through pass of Cooks-asanas-bogaz will help to unload a line Simferopol — Alushta.

As the minister of regional development and building of Crimea Sergey Brajko has informed at session of the parliamentary commission on local government and administrative-territorial questions, next year is planned two pilot projects on administrative-territorial reforming.

«We are ready to start since new year working out of bases of strategy of two regions — Belogorsky and Black Sea», — has informed Brayko.

In turn the head of the Belogorsk district state administration, the deputy of the Supreme body of an autonomy Oleg Rusetsky has explained that it is a question of inclusion in administrative borders of area of the Privetnoe Village Soviet.

«We say today that it is quite logical to attach to Belogorsk area Privetnoe council and road Belogorsk — Privetnoe becomes logic end of development of this region, — considers Rusetsky. — Because from Alushta to reach Privetnoe is very difficult, Alushta also doesn’t steer there as it is necessary, from Sudak — is similar».

Rusetsky has reminded that till 1937 Privetnoe council was in borders of Belogorsk area, and in administrative reorganization there is nothing new.

«In respect of land reform here too all is logical: when we speak behind settlement borders, meaning the same Privetnoe village council, the Ministerial council competence — isn’t absolutely correct. Better if it will be steered by means of administration», — head Belogorsk DSA considers.

Besides, according to Brayko, reorganization will help to equip road Belogorsk — Privetnoe and to unload a line Simferopol — Alushta from the transport following in a direction of Sudak.

«We will unload a line, and there there are 9 km to an exit at coast, — the minister has supported Rusetsky, — and it is development prospect».

As the head of the commission of local government Vladimir Klychnikov told at session, administrative transformations won’t be limited only to pilot regions. In the near future the commission will consider inclusion possibility in the program of actions for administrative-territorial reforming of the Big Sudak.

«Cities in the borders choke and, maybe, Sudak we will engage in the pilot project to look, as on resort territories to change an administrative-territorial arrangement and submission», — Klychnikov has added

He has urged committee-men to dream up, «not strongly coming off the earth» as it is possible to spend transformation of those or other territories. On these actions in the budget-2011 it is planned to provide 1,24 million grivnas.

Now Privetnoe village council unites villages Privetnoe, Zelenogore, the Kanaka and administratively enters into borders of Alushta region.

Belogorsky area — one of 14 areas of Crimea. It is located in foothills, in the central part of republic. Has no outlet to the sea.
