Today in the big hall of session of Parliament CHR the presentation of I volume of the monography «the Contribution of the subjected to repression people of the USSR to a victory to the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945» which narrates about a role of six deported people of the former Soviet Union and modern Russia (the Soviet Germans,Karachay, Kalmyks, Chechens, Ingushs and Balkar) in defeat of fascist Germany has taken place. In actions have taken part — deputies of Parliament CHR led by Chairman Dukuvah Abdurahmanov, the Chairman of inter-regional public organization «Union of the subjected to repression people of Russia» Arcady Gorjaev, the head of Karachaevo-Circassian regional public organization «Alan» Ahmad Katchiev, the deputy minister of Republic of Ingushetia on public relations and international communications Lejla Araphanova, the scientific editor of the book «the Contribution of the subjected to repression people of the USSR to a victory to the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945» Batyr Boromangnaev, representatives of Government CHR, veterans of the Second World War, scientists, historians, journalists, and also all authors of the edition and representatives of the subjected to repression people.

Opening action, Dukuvaha Abdurahmanov has noticed that in the Chechen republic (Chechen Republic) the steadfast attention to questions of studying of history, in particular, such important period, as the Great Patriotic War is paid.

— Today you have control over the unique edition in which the materials reflecting the military and labor contribution of six subjected to repression people of the USSR in the Victory in the Second World War for the first time are together assembled: the Soviet Germans,Karachay, Kalmyks, Chechens, Ingushs and Balkar. Representatives of all six people from first days of war bravely battled on all fronts and participated in all major battles of Patriotic war. The Stalin mode has carried out liquidation of national-territorial formations and deported these six people to Siberia, Central Asia and Kazakhstan. In 1941 there has been begun resettlement of the Soviet Germans, in 1943 have been deported Karachays and Kalmyks, in 1944 — Chechens, Ingushs and Balkars. In the remote areas of the country representatives of the subjected to repression people deprived of the civil rights and subjected to the present genocide, under compulsion worked, carrying out the contribution to a victory over fascism. The book «the Contribution of the subjected to repression people of the USSR to a victory to the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945» is calculated on a wide range of readers, — the speaker of Parliament CHR has underlined.

Authors of the book in the performances noticed that materials in it are given as chronology of deportation of these people. It is the first volume. The chief of Archival steering of Government CHR Magomed Muzaev has entered into his editorial board from the Chechen republic (Chechen Republic). The separate chapter narrates about heroic feats of Chechens on Great Patriotic War fronts. In the book there are materials about defenders of the Brest fortress, the city of Grozny, their mobilization in army, the publication about participation of Chechens in Stalingrad fight, a battle of Moscow, fights for Leningrad, Kareliya and other battles.
