The chairman of Supreme Rada ARC Vladimir Konstantinov has called heads of Medzhlis for constructive work with the power. Vladimir Konstantinov has declared it to journalists in Simferopol on September, 17th.
According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the unwillingness of heads of a Medzhlis to participate in work of Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people at the President of Ukraine aggravates international relations in an autonomy. «Medzhlis should work, if it represents interests of the Crimean Tatar people and should deal with its problems, instead of sniff and give under all newspapers of interview that it is bad, that is bad», — Vladimir Konstantinov has told.
The speaker is assured that council should include representatives of all organizations of the Crimean Tatars, and not just natives of Medzlis.
Vladimir Konstantinov also has urged leaders of Medzhlis to get into gear on working out of the new programs directed on the decision of important social problems of repatriates.
Let’s remind, on August, 3rd in Simferopol the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has held meeting on strategic development АРC, and also a meeting with representatives of the Crimean Tatars. Thus councilors of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people at the President of Ukraine, being members of Medzhlis, have refused to take part in actions. As the reason for that that on a meeting with the president, according to Medzhlis, from the Crimean Tatars «odious persons» have been invited has served. The president of the country and a management of Crimea have scarified a demarche of representatives of Medzhlis.
Afterwards Victor Yanukovych has signed the decree «Questions of Council of representatives of the Crimean Tatar people» which has reduced personal structure of body to 19 persons, and also has registered that the structure and positions about it is confirmed by the president. Besides, has entered there representatives not from among members of Medzhlis. Besides it, it was entrusted to Crimean prime minister Vasily Dzharty to call council session in fortnight term.
At the same time delegates of the third session of Kurultaj have decided that representatives of Medzhlis won’t participate in body work while the president won’t return a former principle of formation of council — delegation by Tatars, instead of purpose by the head of the state.
In turn Vasily Dzharty has urged leaders of Medzhlis to reject personal ambitions as it only will complicate the decision of Crimean Tatar problems.
