Members of Dzhamkoy regional Medezhlis have declared intention to organise protest action because to their representative has been refused prolongation of powers on a post of the first vice-president of Dzhankoj regional state administration.

The matter is that the chairman of Dzhankoj regional state administration Alexander Sidorenko has released a member local Medzhlis Ruslan Kurtseitov from a post of the first vice-president. Instead of him the head of Dzhankoj DSA has been appointed Alexey Bulankin holding before a post of the head of department of agroindustrial development of the district state administration. Who also is the deputy of Dzhankoj regional council and deputy of the Dzhankoj regional organisation of Party of Regions.

In Dzhankojsky DSA the given information have confirmed, having noticed that, according to the legislation, with arrival of the new head of the district state administration all assistants put in the statement for the termination of powers. «To prolong or not to prolong powers of assistants — the right of the new head of the district state administration. In the relation to Ruslan Kurtseitov Alexander Sidorenko has made decision not to prolong his power», — have noted in Dzhankoj DSA.

At the same time in local Medzhlis have expressed extreme indignation of the given decision. «In Dzhankoj regional Medzhlis intend to organise protest actions against the decision of the head Dzhankoj DSA concerning Ruslan Kurtseitov.

The INQUIRY. We will remind, on April, 30th the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has appointed to the head post of Dzhanko DSA the chairman of Dzhankoj regional council Alexander Sidorenko who has replaced Alexander Burkuna appointed to the post of the head of the district state administration in 2005 by the President of that time of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko.

On June, 10th by the order of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych Kadyr Osmanov has been dismissed from a post of the head of the Kirov regional state administration. The chairman of the Kirov regional organisation of the Crimean republican branch of Party of Regions Oleg Gordeyev is appointed to this post.

On July, 7th the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has signed the order about dismissal of the chairman of the Bakhchsarai regional state administration of Crimea Ilmi Umerov. The Most probable nominee on this post is the head of Genichesky regional council Sejtumer Nimetullaev.
