The Crimean Tatar Medzhlis can appear in a situation, when it will have nothing, except how to boycott forthcoming elections. On a way of its ally — party National Ruh of Ukraine — has grown a paling of the bureaucratic barriers creating real threat to participation of its Crimean organization in begun campaign.

In the end of August Crimean NRU has received the letter-notice on its inadequate condition of documents.

The central administrative board of Ministry of Justice in АРC has in writing informed Crimean Ruh that hasn’t received from it variety of documents for last five years.

For example, have notified in Ministry of Justice, to them documents on elections of directing bodies of Ruh in 2007 and 2009 whereas authorized documents of party provide a biennial term of appointment of directing bodies of the organization haven’t arrived.

On the basis of all set forth above GM Ministry of Justice comes to a conclusion that it not in a condition to take into consideration not only the information on change of an administrative board of Ruh, but also on election of delegates of XIX All Ukraine gathering (congress) of party. Thus, the Ministry of Justice actually calls into question legitimacy of the present head of Ruh, the deputy of the Supreme body of Crimea Leonid Pilunsky and all party congress of Ruh.

Are simultaneously put under doubts and all last decisions of Ruh: the statement of the list of candidates on forthcoming elections.

Pilunsky is assured that all claims of Ministry of Justice is an attempt to remove his political force from check in in the course of elections.

He is assured that all necessary documents submitted to Ministry of Justice in time.

According to Pilunsky, his attempt to contact chief GM of Ministry of Justice in АРC Elena Sotnikova hasn’t crowned success.

As marks a weekly journal, no political or legal conclusions in the letter of Ministry of Justice are present, it only informs Ruh that after reception of missing documents they «will be considered in the order established by the law». In practice it can mean that consideration will occupy month — term, just sufficient that the promotion of candidates provided by the law has come to the end.

In Medzhlis, by data «1 C», such threat realize and in case of its realization tend to a variant of the announcement of political boycott to elections in Crimea.
