At conference it is a lot of years not solved problems of restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people considered from the point of view of system preventing to returning and restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatars to the historical native land. Numerous examples and the facts confirming a genocide concerning the Crimean Tatars have been resulted, since imperial ambitions of the imperial period and finishing litigations against participants modern Crimean Tatar movements for restoration of the rights of the people.

At conference, reports of the chairman of human rights organization «Аrkadash» Ajder Ismailov, active workers Rustem Beljalov, chairman ОО of «Dijar» Sejtabla Mamutov of an ethnocid of the Crimean Tatars, the vice-president of association «Маarifchy» Sejran Useinov, the chairman of Fund of probe of the radical people of Crimea Nadir Bekirov have been heard , performance of veterans of Crimean Tatar national movement.
