40 billion dollars which Ukraine will receive as a result of the conclusion of the Kharkov agreements on gas and basing of the Black Sea fleet, it is the price of treachery of the Russian Crimea Yeltsin’s mode. Crimeans have the right to demand, that this money remained in peninsula territory, and also convocation of the Constituent assembly of Crimea on restoration of the Constitution of republic of 1992.

He reminds that 15 years ago Ukraine has blocked bills of republic and to save its independence, a management of Crimea has applied to president Yeltsin about the urgent financial help at a rate of 500 thousand dollars that would allow to pay the salary to police officers and to leave the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Crimean submission.

In his opinion, ten billions dollars which will be received by Ukraine in the form of discounts of the price for gas, it is a payment for the Russian territory — Crimea.

«Now Russia for rent of naval base in Russian to Crimea, in a city of RUSSIAN GLORY Sevastopol — will pay to Ukraine of 40 billion dollars. Such is the price which will pay the Russian people for treachery of the integral part — Crimea», — the first president of republic ascertains.

Meshkov considers that the people of Crimea «cannot, and should not remain the detached onlooker in relation to that money of the Russian people for the right be to the Russian fleet in the Russian city of the Russian Crimea can be appropriated dexterous speculators from the policy which claims are based on the scandalous decision of the head hated by them the CPSU of the sample of 1954».

In his opinion, money from Medvedev-Yanukovych’s gas contract should remain in the budget of Crimea and Sevastopol. Besides, the people of Crimea should demand convocation of the Constituent assembly for restoration of the Constitution of republic of 1992 cancelled by Kiev.

«I call deputies of all levels, heads of public organisations, representatives of all nationalities of the people of Crimea, all who remembers days of our freedom, — to hold meetings on May, 6th, in day of acceptance of the Constitution of Republic of Crimea in 1992, under slogans:« Money of the Russian people — to the Russian Crimea! «,» a guarantee of protection of our rights and freedom — the Constitution of Republic of Crimea of 1992! ».
