The Simferopol City Council will make all necessary efforts for settlement of agrarian questions. It to journalists was declared by a mayor Victor Ageev, making comments on cancellation of some the decisions of the City Council protested by Office of Public Prosecutor on allocation of sites, the press-service of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People’s Deputies informs.

«It is a question not only about so-called« ethnic »self-captures, but also about already allocated with infringement of the legislation grounds. Recently we have cancelled such four decisions accepted by the deputy case of last convocation. It is time to all to live under the law», — Victor Ageev has underlined.

In his opinion to struggle with self-captures it is possible, only lawfully allocating the earths to construct habitation on sites and have on this right. Thus, according to the mayor, «national implied sense» in this point in question shouldn’t be.

«Today, having in city council the constructive majority of deputies from Party of Regions, we in a condition effectively to build the work, including in such uneasy question as ground», — the mayor has assured.

He also has underlined that without the decision of agrarian questions Simferopol can’t develop. Also has assured that the problem will dare without the use of force.
