In Spiritual management of Moslems of Crimea have explained, what for and in what cases it is necessary to take the permission from management for carrying out of religious actions.
As the assistant of the Mufti of Crimea, Ajder Ismailov has explained, the decision of the Council of Spiritual management of Moslems does not concern obligatory religious actions as a Mohammedan prayer, djenaze (funeral), dua (prayer), etc. «This decision is directed on those actions which are not ordered in Islam as obligatory, they can be social character, that is such as meeting, descents, etc.», — were noted by him.
A.Ismailov has added that the purpose of the given measures is that, «that people from the outside who wish to carry out in territory of cult constructions of action, type» East bazaar «, should co-ordinate the plans with a local community and management as actions can contradict customs and religious values of Moslems».
Also, the assistant to the Mufti has explained that in the given decision of Council of Spiritual management of Moslems no totalitarian and private interests are present. «CSMM should protect from trample upon religious feelings of people and religious values», — he has told.
That, as to morals and a pronunciation of hutba, Ajder Ismailov has noticed that » there is nothing new in this question as all hutbas were led and lead in Crimean Tatar language. Such decision was accepted for two reasons: first, Council has decided to fix this question by its decision, secondly, because in some mosques hutbas are led in Russian. In general, hutba is said in the Arabian language as there is a certain part which without fail should be led only in the Arabian language, then an explanation is on Crimean tatar language».
«Leading of hutba in Russian does not correspond to interests of our people whose language is brought in the Book of languages of the disappearing people. The person coming in a mosque should first of all to direct the actions and thoughts on preservation of native culture, language and religion. Those who does not understand Crimean tatar language instead of forcing to read hutba on other clear to them language, let will force himself to learn the Crimean Tatar language. Such people should be ashamed to say that they do not know the language», — Ismailov has underlined.
Let’s remind that on September, 8th CSMM has made the decision which forbids to lead any religious actions in the Crimean mosques, on cemeteries and Muslim relics . Also the decision that any morals and pronunciations of hutbas in mosques should be led exclusively on Crimean Tatar language was accepted.
