The new law on local elections, in case of its acceptance, will unequivocally strengthen positions of Party of Regions in an autonomy and considerably will weaken Medzhlis. Such opinion was expressed by the Crimean political scientist Andrey Nikiforov in the comment to a portal of «Novoross.info».
«The primary absolute prize sees in starting possibilities of Party of Regions. And loss at such start — at Medzhlis, to be exact, at that political force behind a mask of which Medzhlis will lead the people in the Supreme body of Crimea. And the comment of Mustafa Dzhemilev precisely shows, what is it is perfectly realised, and no delights about it at leaders of Medzhlis arise», — the expert has told.
Concerning other real political forces Andrey Nikiforov has noticed that their results on future elections will depend on how these forces can adapt for a new situation.
«It is possible to assume, as for communists the mixed system is a minus. It in the event that they in general are saved as the independent and real political force capable somewhere to get. If in their independence at me special doubts are not present, in a kind of those tendencies which now occur round Communist Party as a whole and round the party organisation which is headed by Leonid Ivanovich Grach, there is an impression that they can reach elections in such condition that for them in general anybody will not vote. Then what it the difference, the majority system mixed or proportional», — considers the political scientist.
He has underlined that the only thing absolute «majority» in a camp of the Crimean communists is Leonid Grach. Therefore, considers Andrey Nikiforov, personally for him the majority system is plus.
«He (Leonid Grach) can get to the Crimean parliament (if it is a limit of his dreams) and will consider that the life has gone right. He can tighten there the friends, that is play that game in which he already played 1998. Here there are pluses and the minuses», — the expert has noted.
In a similar situation, according to Andrey Nikiforov, it can appear and Kunitsyn’s Block.
«Kunitsyn’s block as though does not exist, but nevertheless there are variants when Kunitsyn will go as majority. It can pass on any district and too consider that the life has gone right. The main thing for him — not to get to one district with Grach», — the political scientist has told.
The expert has added that similar possibilities for cabals are available also for other influential political forces of Crimea.
«Party» Union «,» Russian unity «also in the given plan has possibilities for maneuvers. They are practically at all real political forces, once again I will underline, except two — Party of Regions and Medzhlis», — has summed up Andrey Nikiforov.
