And already the businessman has confirmed that is planned to erect a coffee house for visitors of the Khan palace. Neither Dzhemilev, nor Petrov, on strange coincidence of circumstances, has not had on hands of allowing documents — only oral arrangements: now the reserve management about it carries on negotiations with Public service on cultural heritage protection, however in department the given fact to the correspondent «КТ» have not confirmed.

Galina Grzhibovskaja, the deputy of SR АRC:

«the businessman did not have documents, and I did not ask, but for anybody not a secret, and all employees to me have told, that he was Mustafy Dzhemilev’s son. In Medzhlis complain that offend the deported citizens, and heads of the Crimean Tatar organisations conduct commercial self-captures».

The main expert in establishments of museum type of the Ministry of culture and arts АРC Alexey Zubarev has added that from Evgenie Petrov has received the information: not the cafe but a flower bed is erected.

Vyacheslav Zarubin, the vice-president Republican committee on protection of cultural heritage of АRC:

«Before any activity in territory of historical reserve archaeological researches should be spent. Researches are spent in the presence of two documents: open sheet of Institute of archeology of National academy of sciences of Ukraine and the permission of Public service concerning a national cultural heritage of the Ministry of culture and tourism of Ukraine. These papers in our committee did not arrive, and there are bases to believe that they do not exist at all. Especially to receive in the property or to privatise entirely or partially reserve territory it is forbidden. There even visiting should be limited».

«On August, 2nd there should arrive president Victor Yanukovych, and I have given the task to develop a bed because the Persian court yard looks unattractively, nevertheless, the Falcon tower located in the same place — worthy object, whence the head of the state could examine vicinities of Bakhchisarai. As to a coffee entertainment, we said with different people that there is a possibility to treat with this drink of the president on a viewing platform of a tower. Means, it is necessary to prepare coffee somewhere nearby, here therefore in the Persian court yard we wish to equip a time platform».

Galina Grzhibovskaja is inclined to search for ridiculous errors in reserve activity, Petrov underlines. Also confirms: occurrence earthen пло¬щадки is not connected in any way with building of a coffee house by the son of the leader меджлиса — Hajserom Dzhemilevym as in the autumn to Bakhchisarai there should arrive the international experts for object inclusion to UNESCO list.

To all fault — here are commercial objects, including the known tourist hotel «Ashlama-sarai» belonging to Tair and located on a site of the former psychiatric clinic which Medzhlis wishes to take to itself. The press knows for a long time: a building of Muslim school (меdrese on a clinic site) some years ago was given to Welfare fund «Crimea» (the president — Mustafa Dzhemilev, the director — Riza Shevkiev). And they have exchanged it for two cases of reserve. Then structures have passed a certain representative of Fund Muhamedzhanov, without payment of taxes arranged in them hotel «Ashlama-sarai» and cafe. They also have restaurant «Efsane» where the chief of regional militia department Shevket Kurtiminov likes to eat.

Konstantin Rubanenko:

«To receive the state certificate, the reserve management should understand with the right to objects of the real estate being on their ground area in 140 hectares. After all the part of objects — commercial — is not issued in an order, and on our requests to issue them do not react. And after all they work, make profit and should be on the corresponding balance, activity conducted there should be a target, historical and cultural direction. But to equip cafe — it is illegal. However supervising bodies do not pay to it attention».

Well, and last nail the chairman of Crimean Tatar Medzhlis Mustafa Dzhemilev has hammered into a coffin of reputation of Evgenie Petrov, without confusion and shame the admitted: his son Hajser participates in coffee house building in territory of a Bakhchsarai Khan palace. Dzhemilev has informed that the initiative of time opening of a coffee house for the sake of attraction of tourists has arrived from the director of the Bakhchsarai historical and cultural reserve Evgenie Petrov, passes «E-Crimea».

Mustafa Dzhemilev, the chairman of Medzhlis:

«There is an offer of the director of a museum, therefore if there something is illegal, I think, the director first of all would be indignant. It is necessary to find out, but I think that if he has addressed with this offer, all there should be lawful».

It, in particular, Open Company «Agrofirm» Tarla »(ОКПО 32813062, the legal address: АR Crimea, the city of Simferokpol, street Municipal, 55а, an activity kind — cultivation of a potato, vegetable and other cultures), among owners the enterprises of the Crimean Tatars are not present, but are available two citizens of Turkey is Dzhan Nurettin, living in Istanbul, and Ezalhas Ishot Sa-bris registered in Chanakkal and made the greatest share in fund — 163 thousand grivnas.

Besides, at the offspring of the head ofMedzhlis Dzhemilev is own hotel, probably, not one as there is Open Company «Ah-serez» (ОКПО 33131184, registered to the previous address, is remembered, there there was the first Medzhlis Crimean Tatar the people). The kind of activity of this enterprise modestly specifies «granting of places for residing». And here among founders of this enterprise the wife of mister Halikov who had the most direct relation to activity and ruin of notorious «Imdat-bank», Zarema Saffetovna.
