Any political party or the religious organisation having extremist character should be forbidden. So the First deputy of chairman of Medzhlis of Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov has commented to correspondent QHA on an appeal of the chief of the Crimean central board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Gennady Moskalj to excite criminal case concerning a management of Islamic political party «Hizb-ut-Tahrir». With such statement Gennady Moskal on September, 16th, has addressed to the head of Security service of Ukraine Valentina Nalivajchenko.

«Any political or religious organisation which program contains extremist ideas , should be forbidden. Here my comment on this point of question», — has noted Refat Chubarov.

Let’s remind, Gennady Moskal asserts that representatives of «Hizb-ut-Tahrir» attempt upon territorial integrity of Ukraine and kindle national and religious difference. As the basis has served the statement in the newspaper «Renaissance» from September, 15th that «purpose» of Hizb-ut-Tahrir «is revival of an Islamic way of life, by an establishment of the Islamic state Halifat which will realise laws of Islam and to extend an Islamic appeal worldwide for all mankind».
