In days of revolution of 1917-1918 when among the people have begun disorder and swayings, it was necessary to unite all in one fist. For this purpose also the party «Milli Firka» has been created. Its sources had such great politicians of the Crimean Tatar people, as Chelebi Dzhehan, Dzhafer Sejdamet, Amet Ozenbashly. They — our pride and an eternal example for us and the future generations.
History repeats itself. After returning from the reference the system Kurultaj-Medzhlis which wasn’t entered in the legislation of Ukraine home has been created. It has assumed overall responsibility for destiny of the Crimean Tatars. Unfortunately, this system, for various reasons, has appeared inefficient and couldn’t solve the basic problems of the people. It has generated discontent of weights. As a result, as well as in 1918, there was a split in once monolithic our society. A unique exit from this was the party creation which can unite patriotic forces and, having entered into the power, effectively to solve sore problems. So our party «Milli Firka» was born.
Today «Milli Firka» goes on elections with the accurate program. In case of a victory, and we are assured of it, we will create new more effective structure. In the Supreme body hall deputies of all levels — from АRC to the Village Soviet will gather. It also will be to ours, as though national parliament which is entered in the legislation of Ukraine. The status of the deputy it not the status of the delegate of Kurultaj which doesn’t have any powers and influence levers on the power. And deputies won’t operate is isolated, as now. It will be the uniform organism, capable to solve all problems.
The party program provides also creation in each settlement of compact residing of the Crimean Tatars of the arbitration courts that also is provided by the legislation of Ukraine. The arbitration courts it is our traditional Kadijaty who solved intracommunal disputes. On the basis of a network of the credit unions the national bank which will play the big role in business development will be created also. The huge attention will be given youth, its intellectual, moral and physical development.
At once after a victory on elections the party will be engaged in the urgent matters. The president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has offered the grandiose program on development of Crimea. «But without a solution of a problem of the Crimean Tatars, — he — has told this program it will be impossible to execute». In this direction it has sounded specific targets which to us should be solved. These are rehabilitation questions of the Crimean Tatar people, a problem of the earth, habitation, education, culture development. Knowing, as are irrationally used allocated for deported means V.Yanukovych has charged to spend deep check of Repcomnats. The Office of Public Prosecutor has already made it. 400 incomplete objects are revealed. Many of them are begun still 15 years ago, and a part couldn’t find at all. These are schools, kindergartens, apartment houses, various communications, roads. We will achieve, that those who plundered ten millions national money and those who covered them, have incurred severe punishment.
