Crimean citizen Susanna Ismailov has legal proceedings with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the right to be photographed on the passport in a female headdress Hidzhab. On June, 4th the District administrative court of Kiev has refused satisfaction of the claim of Ismailova, having considered that the rights of the Moslem are not restrained, hence, girls will be photographed further without hidzhab.

Meanwhile among Crimean Tatar politicians too are not present unanimity in the relation to traditional Muslim clothes on official documents of the state.

«To tell the truth, we did not consider this question in Medzhlis, therefore I cannot tell that we have a consolidated position, — the first vice-president of Medzhlis Refat Chubarov has told«1К». — But from the point of view of the sensible mind, each person can draw a conclusion that such judgement is the extremely unfair. Clearly, speech does not go about girls, but for marriageable girls and the more so married women hidzhab or marame (an easy scarf ) were an obligatory element of clothes. That is it is possible to consider it both national tradition, and religious necessity ».

The political opponent of Medzhlis, one of leaders «Milli Firka» Vasvi Abduraimov, is assured that the claim against the Ministry of Internal Affairs — the test for the power, organised by the radical Islamic organisations. «It seems to me, all this history with hidzhab on the passport is created its information support is artificial also is artificial is warmed up. In the meantime Susanna Ismailova is going to appeal on the decision of District court of Kiev, and the definitive point in this rather scrupulous and rather indicative process is not put yet.
