Medzhlis management, misleading the chairman of the council of ministers АRC Vasily Georgievicha Dzharty, publicly declares the authoritativeness in the agrarian question decision.

In numerous interviews Dzhemilev and Chubarov in detail and with taste tell about the meetings spent by them with the people, about «field commanders» glades of the protest which, ostensibly, ask to take them under control «fathers of the nation» with full submission to Medzhlis orders. Dzhemilev openly declares that only Medzhlis will carry on negotiations with the authorities, and on conditions that «the reached arrangements should be observed implicitly by compatriots on the occupied sites even if these arrangements don’t suit them for all hundred percent».

At the same time, emissaries of Medzhlis conduct on adjoining to glades of the protest inhabited files provocative activity on gathering of false lists of participants of actions.
They under any pretexts organize meetings of tenants of the file which does not have any relation to the nearby action, and suggest them to write applications on allocation of the ground areas on a nearby glade of the protest. Thus to people promise assistance of Medzhlis and the fast positive decision. Further the applications written by deceived people surrender of Medzhlis in the Ground commission — under the pretext of statements from the participants of glades of the protest who ostensibly has sworn on fidelity to Dzhemilev.

Similar tactics of Medzhlis encloses under ground initiatives of prime minister Dzharty not one, but two mines which should blow up during the moment favourable to Medzhlis and without that the heated conditions in Crimea.

The first mine — artificial inflating of quantity of statements for earth allocation in Simferopol. The demands assembled under the pressure of Medzhlis about earth allocation — not simply papers. Medzhlis meaningly provokes to a writing of demands of the people already having habitation, perfectly understanding that they will be refused. That management of Medzhlis a priori prepares mass refusals in allocation of the earth and, accordingly — mass discontent of the population with a ground policy of Dzharty. That is — the next aggravation of an agrarian question on what Medzhlis successfully speculates already more than 20 years.

The second mine — conflict preparation between real participants of glades of the protest, more than five years defending the right to the given territory, and the people deceived by Medzhlis from whom have assembled fresh statements on the same ground file. Thus, Medzhlis prepares soil for mass civil crashes — especially when the decision on earth allocation will be accepted. What party wouldn’t receive the earth — another will be revolted by the injustice admitted in relation to it.

If the earth will be received by real participants of a glade of the protest — will arrange meetings the people who have not passed under lists of Medzhlis. If will pass Medzhliss lists — on a way of happy owners of state certificates there will be defenders of glades of the protest, paid for this earth own health and five years of life under rigid pressure of the authorities. But, if earlier they struggled with officials and embezzlers of public funds in this case Crimea is threatened with the fratricidal conflict — the people against the people.

At any of these two variants — an agrarian question aggravation inevitably. It means that the people and V.G.Dzharty lose, and Medzhlis wins again, receiving new soil for political gamble and drama plaints abroad.

Operating on a pointer of shadow opponents of the new power, the Medzhlis management makes all efforts for failure of ground initiatives of prime minister V.G.Dzharty and preservation of a sharpness of the main destabilizing factor in Crimea.

Participants of the Crimean glades of the protest repeatedly addressed to management АR Crimea and Ukraine with cautions about a destructive role of Medzhlis in the agrarian question decision. Unfortunately, the worst forecasts start to come true.
