On March, 18th in Partenite Crimeans honoured memory of the Hero of Soviet Union Abdul Tejfuk participating in clearing of Ukraine. Action has passed at the initiative of public organisation «Koideshler» («Fellows villager»).
Abdul Tejfuk was born in Partenit in 1915. Prior to the beginning of war the future commander of a rifle battalion was the usual school teacher later managing local school. In 1943 the battalion of Tejfuk Abdul participated in speeding up of Dnepr and has grasped one of the first bases in a strip of Steppe front in a city district of Verhnedneprovsk. Fighters kept some days the grasped base, having provided a crossing on it of the main forces of a regiment. During fierce fights the big loss has been caused to divisions of Vermaht.
Day of memory of Tejfuk Abdul was met by local residents, representatives of veteran organisations of Partenit, and also representatives of the public organisations entering into movement «Russian unity».
«Today to honour memory of the hero people of different nationalities who in a shower feel gratitude for possibility to breathe this air have come, to see the peace sky over a head.If the destiny has given out us such mission — to live on the fine Crimean earth all together, we also all together should work preserving the peace extracted by such bloody price, and to build the kind future of our corner of the world», — the participant of «Russian unity» Ivan Brovchenko has noted in the performance.
