Spiritual management of Moslems of Crimea takes under the control manufacture of a foodstuff which are marked as «eljal», that is permitted to the use by Islam canons. Representative of SMM, the director of Open Company «Iman» Enver Sary has informed on it.
As he has noted, Muftijat has developed standards «eljal», having provided all requirements on manufacture of such production.
Thus, according to Envera Sary, there is no structural division of SMM, prosecuting production of «eljal». «But it is in common created with Muftijat Open Company» Iman «enterprise. This enterprise is engaged in certification, standardization of «eljal» products, the enterprises which are letting out production of «eljal», — Enver Sary has told.
Also has added that at the enterprises which let out this foodstuff, there will be representatives of Muftijat and experts of Open Company «Iman».
As the director of Open Company «Iman» confirms, in Crimea production of «eljal» is issued and at those enterprises which are engaged in manufacture of usual sausage products with use of pork forcemeat that for the clear reasons is inadmissible.
