Turkey on a case of acceptance by the House of Representatives of the Congress of the USA of the resolution on a recognition of a genocide of Armenians has prepared the plan of retaliatory measures in political, strategic, economic and military-technical areas which, in particular, provides more active cooperation with Russia.

As writes Newsru.com referring to the Turkish newspaper Sabah, the plan prepared by Ankara in a political sphere provides possibility of cancellation of the visit planned for March, 19th in the USA the state minister Zafer Chaglajan, and also participation in the summit coming in the same place on April, 11-14th concerning nuclear safety of prime minister Redzhep Tajip Erdogan. These questions are planned to discuss on Monday, on March, 8th, on a cabinet council of ministers of Turkey.

In reply to resolution acceptance in the House of Representatives the Turkish side in economic sphere can reconsider projects of cooperation with the USA in deliveries of the aviation equipment, machine tools, production chemical, the food-processing industry, agriculture.

In strategic area as it is marked, Turkey «will continue process of rapprochement with Russia». «The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry for the Power Generating Industry of Turkey have together discussed alternatives in the power policy. Ankara, opening doors for new possibilities of cooperation with Russia in power sphere, will urge Moscow to strengthen influence to Yerevan», — writes «Sabah».

Counter-measures in military-technical sphere are calculated on last stage — depending on process of passage of the resolution through the Congress of the USA. They do not provide a response of a Turkish contingent from Afghanistan and the termination of support of the USA, but assumes revision of joint military projects, restriction of use of air space of Turkey from outside the Air Forces of the USA and Turkish bases the NATO block.

Not to admit acceptance by the House of Representatives of the resolution on a recognition of the Genocide of Armenians, the Turkish side will apply to leading military-technical partners, such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin and United Technologies, to spend corresponding work with the American congressmen, the Turkish newspaper confirms.

The Prime minister of Turkey Redzhep Tejip Erdogan has declared that the decision of committee of the congress of the USA on a recognition of a genocide of Armenians in the beginning of the last century will seriously hurt to relations between Turkey and the USA.

Let’s remind, on Thursday the Committee on the international affairs of the House of Representatives of the Congress of the USA has approved the resolution which actions of Ottoman empire against Armenians in the beginning of 20th century admit a genocide.

Before voting Presidential Administration of the USA and the authorities of Turkey already urged the Congress not to confirm the resolution which can hurt to relations between two countries.

Turkey right after project acceptances has withdrawn the ambassador from the USA for consultations.

Later US State Secretary Hillari Clinton has declared that the American administration will try to block the resolution on a genocide of Armenians in Ottoman empire.

«We are against this decision. We are assured that the Congress will not make any decision on this question», — has underlined Clinton. She recognised that Barrack Obama promised to qualify massacre as a genocide during presidential campaign in 2008, however now circumstances «have essentially changed».

The sight at events in east Anatolys during the period with 1915 for 1917 is the main stumbling-block in relations of Armenia and Turkey. Yerevan insists that then the Armenian people were exposed to purposeful persecutions therefore, by some calculations, were lost more than one million person. Ankara names an event the compelled resettlement and rejects charges in mass destruction of Armenians.
