This morning representatives Bakhchsarai regional Medzhlis led by the leader Ahtem Chijgoz have destroyed a concrete platform near the Piously-Uspensky monastery, intended for installation of an excursion booth.

As the portal of NovoRoS.info, a platform in the size 3х3 metre informs has been erected yesterday by attendants of the Piously-Uspensky monastery with a view of installation on it of a booth on the organisation of excursions. According to attendants of a monastery, the Crimean Tatars leading excursions in the Khan palace, telling tourists about these places, deform historic facts, misleading tourists.

For the purpose of a non-admission of distortions of history representatives Piously-uspenky a monastery the decision to establish an excursion booth for realisation of tourist excursions and sale of orthodox attributes was accepted.

According to the deputy of the Bakhchsarai City Council Konstantin Rubanenko, about 20 representatives local Medzhlis led by Ahtem Chijgoz, having armed and other tools for dismantle, profits to the Piously-Uspensky monastery also have started destruction of a concrete design.

Konstantin Rubanenko has noticed that some attendants of a monastery tried to protect the platform erected by them from an encroachment from outside Tatars, however forces were unequal.

According to the deputy, among the Tatars who have taken part in dismantle of a concrete platform, there were also representatives of power structures.

«Some of them worked or work in DSA, in administration managements, in department of ground resources», — Konstantin Rubanenko has noted.

The deputy of the Bakhchsarai City Council has informed that after a meeting of attendants of the Piously-Uspensky monastery and representatives of Medzhlis the conflict has been settled.

«There was a conversation between representatives of a monastery and representatives of Medzhlis. After it the conflict has been settled. Ahtem Chijgoz has declared that Medzhlis will not admit any civil work in monastery territory whereas this territory is considered disputable», — Konstantin Rubanenko has told.

The conflict round the Piously-Uspensky monastery — power check on durability?

In Council of atamans of Crimea today’s events round installation of an excursion booth in territory of the Piously-Uspensky monastery in Bakhchisarai connect with arrival of the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych and attempt of Tatars to put pressure upon the head of the state on purpose to save for Ilmi Umerov a post of the head the Bakhchsarai regional state administration. It was declared in the comment to a portal of «Novoross.info» by the press officer of Council of atamans of Crimea Jury Pershikov.

As he said, today’s actions of Tatars and Medzhlis — «continuation of that theme that deputies-Tatars will combine the mandates in case of resignation of Umerov».

«The successor is not appointed yet, Umerov hopes to remain sitting in an armchair of the head of the district state administration. Some officials of the district state administration have been noticed around the Piously-Uspensky monastery with sticks. It is an egregious example when officials arrive on orthodox relics and arrange the similar. But the most important thing is a check of the power on pediculosis», — the press officer has declared, having added that all statements of representatives of Medzhlis about addition of deputy powers, predictably, «remained unfounded».

According to Jury Pershikova, today Medzhlis works on the rating, making statements which are in advance fiction.

«Now it is an agony, last attempt to press on Yanukovych through the sore point — through a monastery. To Yanukovych’s arrival all it also becomes. Deputies have not combined mandates, but thereby they have shown that if will combine the powers undertake for sticks. It is time to put things in order in the Bakhchsarai area and to solve a question with Bakhchsarai Medzhlis because it is insurgents who swing today mandates and show that if there will be no mandates, they with pleasure undertake sticks», — Jury Pershikov has declared. Thus he has added that Cossacks will demand from law enforcement putting in order, and from Victor Yanukovych — the prompt replacement of the head of the district state administration.

The press officer of Council of atamans of Crimea also has informed that in the near future in territory of the Piously-Uspensky monastery will pass session of Council of atamans of Crimea.

Passions are forced by journalists?

From his part the head Bakhchsarai regional Medzhlis Ahtem Chijgoz declares that works on installation of an excursion booth were conducted not in territory of the Piously-Uspensky monastery, in infringement of the state certificate and before the reached arrangements. He has declared it to a portal of «Novoross.info».

He has underlined that civil work were conducted not in territory of the Piously-Uspensky monastery, and on a platform between Zyndzhyrli-medrese and a monastery which, according to the state certificate, is a platform of the general using.

«I focus attention of journalists because it is very favourable to journalists to write, what is it a structure in territory of the Piously-Uspensky monastery. It does not correspond to the legal fact, it is territory almost in kilometre from the monastery. I focus on it attention and I hope for decency. Provocations here» are not necessary to us, — has underlined Ahtem Chijgoz.

He also has noticed that many years existed the arrangement that no constructions in that place will be not erected by any of the parties. But yesterday, according to Ahtem Chijgoz, two unknown persons have started to conduct civil work at entrance on this site.

«Any concrete works which were carried out by two vagabonds yesterday have begun. We have addressed in city council, in corresponding services, they have left into place. Have looked — illegal building, have written out the instruction and have told, that any works without corresponding permissions nobody conducted», — he has explained.

Nevertheless, the head Bakhchsarai regional Medzhlis has explained, today works have proceeded. «But today this platform have concreted, have smoothed down and prepared for installation of any object, therefore we have come, have asked, anybody knows nothing: who has constructed, who has filled in this concrete. We have disassembled this concrete and have again addressed in militia, SSU. Workers of militia and SSU were with us, we have addressed to them and have told that there are state structures — the City Council, executive committee, the district state administration, architecture management, let will address there, those who wish to establish, eat something corresponding procedures», — has declared Ahtem Chijgoz.

He also has added that some citizens have approached to them «, deputies with them have discussed that there should be general rules for everything, and have dispersed».

«The conflict should not be! Should not be! Understand. If journalists do not start to inflate the conflict for no reason the conflict will not be», — summarised Ahtem Chijgoz.

The INQUIRY. The Bakhchsarai Piously-Uspensky monastery is based presumably in the end of VIII — the beginning of IX centuries nearby to the cave city of Chufut-Kale when in Crimea have appeared icon-honor, running from icon-image of Byzantium. Under the legend, the wonder-working icon of Divine Mother here has been shown. Local residents have cut down a temple on this place, having established in it a relic.
